we took shifts depending on our school breaks. I was responsible for Quantity and quality of products. Giving information and directions to visitors and students. Working with different people of different cultures, I learned how to be understanding and getting along with other people. Respecting individuals and their beliefs. learned how to be friendly and accommodating.

I excelled at this job because it required good organizational skills.  I was left in charge with students doing their weekly activities in the gymnasium and had to help anyone in need of my assistance whether it be getting ice for an injured student or answering phones and doing administrative tasks.

a day of work at Marianopolis is so much fun. You get to meet new people who are interested in the same thing - science.

Also, the employers are very nice to the employees.

I learned so much about tutoring and identifying the tutee's strengths and weaknesses and also the common mistakes that the tutees make.

Although a pleasant place to work with regards to co-workers and supervisors.  There was a lack of support when it came to tools required to do your job effectively.  Despite that and the lack of encouragement to advance, the staff were fabulous.

There were many different things to do and to learn. A typical day depends on the sport you are officiating, but they can include quick thinking and keeping a proper work space. There is nothing to complain about. Wonderful people and atmosphere.

While enrolled as a student at Marianopolis College, I did volunteer work for the school as a first aid monitor. 

Responsibilities included standing by to provide emergency first aid services when needed.

Tutoring at Marianopolis College was extremely well supported by the staff. They are organized and provide resources to the tutors and tutees. I would recommend working there to everyone.

Attending Marianopolis College taught me how to function in a relatively fast-paced and extremely productive environment. I learned how to multi-task efficiently while still enjoying my time at school.
