No management, only micro management, no training provided, every day was nightmare, freezers jam-up, machines broke down, lines stops, line operators not skilled or without any knowledge but behaves as boss, just achieving management targets, do work and go home, poor hygiene standards on production floor, sanitation guys ruining the place and machines all over the plant

Now I am looking for other, as i got offer from Garda & Paragon  for Security Guard but I refuse due to Marsan as it is close to my residence. Thank you

The work environment is that of caring and togetherness.  Owners and management truly care about there workers at all levels. Workers are very helpful in guiding the new workers as they are settling in to their new roles.

The most enjoyable part working at Marsan Foods was being able to interact with all the amazing people there. But the hardest part was when there isn't a lot of people, which causes you to have all the work on your shoulders. Otherwise the workplace culture, management, and the people were all good.

In my job position,day begins with receiving the products from warehouse and setting up the line. Going further, every day is full of challenges from which i learn lots of things like the ways to tackle them. As far as management is concerned, they are supportive and motivating.

Typical workday involves getting recipes...picking and verifying ingredients..assisting in  production.Family oriented environment and opportunity to learn a lot about food production.Supportive management team and safety comes first and foremost in every aspect of production

On a regular working day, I was moving some heavy stuffs. I didn't saw my back properly and was about to contact with Ruben, the supervisor of Marsan Foods. As an explanation I said I thought there were no one behind. Than Ruben told me not to think ever but to see clearly.

There will be always something breaking down, Safety doesn't matter so much, lack of safety training and PPE. You will learn alot, Maintenance team is helpful

-	Overseeing the daily operations of food processing. 
-	Ensuring that production meets health, sanitation, and quality standards 
-	Monitoring equipment while producing quality product.

typical day at marsan is mixing rice or putting the chicken or beef in the cocking machine after that dump the beef or rice into a bucket and put into another cocking mixing my co-workers here is very helpful to each other they are so nice
