No two days are ever the same in the world of construction! I have learned how to try and stay afloat when things shift on the fly (cheers to constant site changes/conditions!) all while trying to keep all the moving parts in sync. The Management team encourages professional growth & will make time for you (despite their already own hectic schedules) which creates a workplace culture that’s more like a team than a corporate office. Only challenging thing is definitely the juggling act of keeping everyone on schedule when unexpected delays pop up. But the most enjoyable part is witnessing a project go fr blueprints to a finished piece and being a part of it. It’s a great place to work if you value hard work and seeing tangible results at the end of the day.

A typical day at work includes picking up the work vehicle from the office, then driving to site where you clock in. Coffee break at 10, lunchtime around noon. Management is tough, abrasive. Workplace culture is good if you golf, or attend after work social get togethers, easy to feel excluded on site otherwise. The hardest part of the job is dealing with managements temper. The most enjoyable part of the job is picking up and transporting materials. 

I’ve been with the company almost a year, management gives clear direction reasonable deadlines and a strong support system. Clean organized sites with excellent  blueprints and the highest quality skilled trades.  Martini is an excellent company to work with both as a customer or employee/ trades.

Great group of people, in the office and on site.  With every project being different boredom is rare. Creative thinking and constructive feedback is encouraged which makes you feel like a valued member of the team.  Martini understands work and life balance and are very accommodating.

No structure, toxic work environment, no growth, and poor leadership. No tenure and high turnover. I suggest not to work for this company. You will not be happy. You will be miserable.
