The job of a delivery driver was ok.  Simple load up, deliver, drop off....Management micromanaged a tad bit too much...A simple job, became a head ache for ridiculous reasons...Management had written up staff for using the washroom and the smell lingered...They watch the drivers on the GPS and when you return after your deliveries, question you as to why you went this way or that way, taking no consideration as what the traffic conditions are on the road and maybe there are reasons that someone took a different route....There is no training for the job, their motto is "If you cant figure out how to deliver, you shouldnt be doing the job"  then 3-4 weeks in to the job, they give you grief for not knowing things that you would know had they sat with you for atleast one hour and went over the little things you should know for the job...The vehicles are junk and filthy, there are no dollys or anything to assist with deliveries when needed.  They would pay some employees more than others, lots of games and dishonesty and talking by management to employees about other employees, the only good thing was working  Mon-Fri and a regular pay check....poor management reflects a poor work environment and a high turn over.

Slow and busy spurts through out the day with incoming invoices for deliveries. warehouse is pretty well organized for quick finding of products, could be a bit better in area's. Co-workers can be helpful when needed. Management is disorganized, too many people giving different orders and opinions, causes for a lot of confusion and can be frustrating. I believe managers should be properly educated with classes or programs intended with dealing with staff and situations. Health and Safety is not what I expected, staff climbing shelving unsupervised. a wall in the warehouse is severely cracked and no work has been done in three weeks. The Salary is not great but the benefit program is decent. Lay offs and cut backs have been talked about, so job security is unpredictable. Advancement is encouraged by managers as well.

I currently work in this facility. I have been working here for over 10 years. Coworkers are great, management is horrible. Family ran and family only cares for family. You are not looked after by management. You will not know who to report to. People think they are management, and are not. You need to quit to get a raise. No help is given by management. They will leave you on read and ignore phone calls. Not ALL managers are like this, as the main warehouse manager is a great person. I do not recommend unless you are a driver and are retired.

arrive, update my reports, answer some emails, do my daily basics and solve situations

Worked here before they moved locations, but the job was great, out on the road most of the time, and when you weren't, you were picking orders, mixing paint, and/or organizing/cleaning. Unfortunately, not much room for advancement, but only because it is a small company. Not sure if that's still true since they merged with Bumper to Bumper though.

its a nice place to work if you are apart of the big family or are a friend, most management think because they have been there for so long they can treat their employees unfairly, no appreciation, recognition or rewards, no overtime, and the list goes on. The owner himself is a great and friendly man.

Physical but can be fun driving around. People are good to work with. Maslack could have a proper pickup truck with a lift gate to facilitate deliveries of products on skids. 

Fast paced fun place to work. Good employee discounts. Understanding bosses. Quality aftermarket parts.  Great customers. I really enjoyed working here. Still shop there all the time.

Great place to work.  Can be stressful at times, but what place isn’t.  Everyone is easy to get along with. You must be able to take constructive criticism, so thick skin is a must. 

I am currently the manager at the Maslack huntsville location. I have worked in the parts industry for many years and Maslack supply is by far the best place I have worked
