Things to expect as an employee at mat-master is
-treated as replaceable
- no protective gear
- wearhouse regularly breaks health and safety standard 
 -working equipment  regularly breaks down temporary fixes only( washer,dryer ect...)
- no room for raise 
- EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER RATE (someone is always leaving, and someone new is always starting)
- can't get a feel for strengths and weaknesses of co-workers because of high turn over rate

It's not worth $15 an hour, it would make sense if they paid more. It's simply just too much work for the amount of pay they offer. I've been here for a while now and it's just simply not that great of a job.

Everything is outdated and falling apart, dirty, sad. The culture is the same.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
come, feel pain, leave, repeat

management needs some work over all was an okay place to work it's perfect for someone who is single night shift hrs don't get long weekends if a long weekend comes up you are expected to work the following Friday work is Sunday to Thursday 9pm -6am there is favoritism in the work place like i said only good for a single person someone who does not care for a long weekend

This company is disrespectful, dangerous in every way as equipment, chemicals and inflammable in inappropriate conditions the supervisor treats the workers like dogs and they pay $ 11 hour. They say that it is $ 12.50 but if you lose 1 minute they will withdraw your bonus.

Start at 7am and you finish when you finish if your done early enough they will reward by giving you other people's work overall bad place to work with poor management 

Winters you work 40-50 hours a week which is nice but summers it drops to 25-30. Not to mention the app they use is ripping off employees time, if you clock in a few seconds after 7 it rounds up to 7:15, clock out anytime before a 15,30,45,0 and it automatically rounds down

Physical job, caring work environment.  They focus on the people, as much as the job they are doing. They work weekly on communication by holding team meetings to ensure training stays up to date.

Expectations exceed salary, upper management keeps the peace as the rest of the bunch crumples working on a insuffeciant staff level.  Seems difficult to keep full crew, holds onto unworthy staff.

Working nights without any premium is laughable however great team there and everyone tries there best just low pay for what is done most dryers don’t work properly
