Working with the other employees was great.  Everyone willing to help each other.  The supervisors were happy to help with any problems you may have

Having problems with your work.   Some nights being tired and keeping up with the number or parts assembled.

Great environment, friendly place to work.  Good work space.  Help whenever needed.

 I liked that I was always busy, not standing around.  Friendly work place.

I had a lot of fun , we could talk,  joke around while still getting all of our work done in a timely fashion

When you have to show adaptability, doing a night shift is one way of really doing it. the toughest part is remembering that while everyone else gets to sleep, you must wake up and get ready for work. A day of work would be arriving to work getting our uniforms, getting assigned to a work station in the production line and each shift is a differrent station to prevent boredom. It was quite an experience, met great people, and got a work reference out of it.

Place is so bad that if you value your life you will not go there. The place will littery suck any good vibe and attitude out of you. The managment is very poor. I've worked there for 16 yrs and am finally free of that place. They treat people poorly. Penalize for mistakes but do not reward a job well done. If there was such a thing as 0 stars thats what the company deserves.  Some people are nice . That was the only somewhat ok thing about the place.

Fast Paced and productive day.  	Production support in making simple and complex parts for Honda and Toyota Manufacturers
 	Quality inspection of parts by using methods such as jig and fixture check
 	Operating robotic mig/spot weld to meet the required number of parts. Inspection of robotic welding cells
 	Ensuring perfect and right number of parts are deliver to the customers
 	Followed all safety procedures and environment procedures

There are many people giving hard time to new employees treating slaves forced for more production and poor quality. Many machines are old they don’t have proper maintenance some robotic equipment very dangerous to work there is  no proper softy for employees. If employees complain they don’t like so any how dismissing employees. They changed management staff and general manager

Matsu Manufacturing makes you feel like a robot because you will have to do the same thing for 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. This would be put parts into a machine and taking them out. The people around you are really friendly and the bosses are really understanding but the job is not something you would look forward to going to everyday.

Very repetitive. Robots would do most of the work staff just inspects and assembles parts before and after passing parts on to the robots. I Iearnt how to read and use a GOT screen, and more about quality control. Management and co-workers are caring and understanding. The hardest part is the repitition, and the most enjoyable part is breaks every 2 hours.

The workers were good for the most part, but no real clear pathway to full time employment.  The are vague about the specifics and find out much later that you will be on a contract for at least a year before any chance of a full time offer.  It’s on a bus route which is good because you can’t afford car payments with the amount they pay you.

It isn't fair that temp workers do the exact same job as the full-time employees but don't get paid the same and don't get the same benefits it makes you lose your motivation very quickly in this place
