Max fuel and Tim's Nofrills gave me a lot for my own professional level. I processed all the payments and put in customers account. I did multiple task to help all the administrative work in the office. I learned how to deal with different kind of people by assisting customer needs. Great company management. We are like family in the office and performing matured professional individual. There are no such hardest part of my jobs because the people i worked with are willing to share their knowledge to help. I satisfy when i finished all my daily task and help other co-workers.

The job is great. But the mechanics in clairmount are a joke. You have to kiss their buts just to get them to do their job. They pick and choose what they want to fix. If you don't praise them for turning a bolt then u will never get anything fixed. In my opinion they need to grow up and just do the job they are paid to do. And stop thinking they are the only wrench turning monkeys out there. Time to grow up. 

Can be a very stressful company to work for as they don't give a lot of support and are always ready to blame, they are terrible at communication, the management are most of the children of the owners with very little to no work experience as well do not know how to communicate with staff

Good work environment. Most employees and management try to be accomodating and helpful. Occasionally have come across ornery personnel that is tolerated by management much more than they should.

The job is great but will be asked to do some shady things fron time to time. Upper management is great, lower management not so much. Raises are far and few between, took 6 months just for a 30 day review.

People are great. The pay is below what industry standards are currently. They are a family owned business and sometime lack the ability to see past their own checkbook.

Loved working at Max fuel, had great bosses and co workers that all worked together as a team. We hauled lots of fuel and helped the forrest fires a lot which was a great experience.

Small but loyal company to work for.  Nice work environment and great people.  Variety of duties to do there in your job scope. Quick hiring process, and thorough training.

In a typical day the activities included selling merchandise, stocking the shelves, making food, finding oils for customers. it is a fun place to work and management is fair.
