I started describing my experience at McCOR and came to the conclusion that in order  to be as truthful and descriptive as possible about the management style and the fluid workplace culture during my time there, my comments may not be interpreted in the best light and therefore decided to keep my experiences to myself.

Amazing team, great management. Workplace culture is good, people help each other and enough training, even development. The hardest part of the job would be the workload and details required. The most enjoyable part of the job would be when you accomplished the hardest part of the job. 

I enjoyed my time at McCOR Management.  I was busy all the time.  A typical work day was coding invoices, taking tenants calls and solving their issues, writing letters and memo's, as well as bank deposits.  I worked closely with my manager and the accountants.

Extremely busy office not enough life/work balance.  Nice people in office.  Have learnt a lot being at this company due to new experiences example working with Union employees and different provinces legislations.

The culture at this office was toxic due to poor attitude of management. Turnover is extremely high and employee morale is low. I immediately began job searching as soon as I was placed there.

McCOR's Edmonton location just finished a renovation and move. The new office is extremely nice with modern touches and lots of space to collaborate! 

I loved my coworkers. We were a great team. The leadership didn’t value its people. Pay was not great. Workloads were often unrealistic and thankless.

I was just a temp but the people were great and it was a lovely work environment. It is a great company to work and gather new skills. A very sophisticated office!
