My time at this agency, there was a lot of changes happening.  There is a real focus on numbers and outcomes (the idea and appearance of outcomes is more important to them than actual change).  Near the end of my employment I was very burnt out, and under appreciated by management.  In my time, they had fired many staff members "without cause" these staff members had been working for years.  Beware of this agency.

i work in client's homes on skill building in a program funded through Alberta Health Services - Mental Health.
i work on a team of 8 other people but typically i work alone with parents and their children.

McMan is a wonderful non-profit organization in Medicine Hat, AB.  I had a caseload of approximately 20 individuals and was tasked with helping them to build tenancy skills and maintain their housing.  Excellent training and support.  Great company!

I love my job and all the people and clients I get to interact with. Fun environment lots of laughs, good people, easy work schedule, very little stress, lots of support from superiors!

working mcman was really interesting because everyone was nice and it felt like a little family, everyone helped each other and the communication was smooth.

good management. no street good benefits package, good coworker, they have all kind off client but you can choose. asked if you are comfortable with you house
