Great benefits and fair salary. Benefits on par with other companies. Flexible hours and mostly remote. Some departments working well while others need a change in management to align efforts and company statement of work. Top down communication is ok and management in general is good. Great company to grow with depending the division, some division is growing and others are declining. 

Used to be a good company to work at,  but with the new management that have a renovate and sell mentality,  the enjoyment of working there bit a new low.

Will you be the next person to be cut? Will the new puppet bosses, who have no idea what you do,  sacrifice you ? Will you be sold along the department when the CEO decides to discard your brand? Will you ever see the money of the stock drop when you joined the shares purchase plan?

So many unknowns.


Use Microsoft Office, and Skype to communicate with coworkers. 
Help businesses who have technical issues on their website.
Escalate complex issues and follow up on the escalations. 
Try to help the new hires who avoid work and that the bosses love to praise for unknown reasons. 
Deal with your boss trying to force you to become a project manager even though you lack the qualifications.

Everyone has a full plate. Always working on urgency.

There is a huge discrepancy between the vision (changing every 6 months...) and the means to execute. Wannabe leader in markets with low investment in go-to-market. Wanabee customer-first with low headcount in services, with a low retention rate.

In the end, just another holding company betting on markets without any strong consistency.

I was a sales executive there working Internationally in the Diamond/Jewellery Industry.
I learned how to give a demonstrations of the web site which was a trading online for clients(wholesalers,retailers)Buy & Sale Trade network.
I did cold calls and and answered the requests online and by phone. I created new clients for the data base. I went to trade shows.

When a project was going too slowly they pilled a bunch of devs from another team on it, but not enough was planned ahead for everyone. I'm not a workaholic, but the job became incredibly boring and my favorite manager got fired. Really poorly thought out.

Terrible management and projects constantly changing.
Nice team but definitively a lack with people leaving, CEO changing, RH changing and the salary is really low compare to the market. Didn't stay much long, found much better.
