What is the best part of working at the company?
Only that they will give you job opportunity, otherwise it’s a regular a routine company. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Acting like monarchy is the worst part of it and acting like they care about employees. Micromanagement is another issue. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Monarchy style , political and micro management 
Will show you very kindness and at the same time , will judge you. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very stressful, the GM of the company is afraid of something and always want to micromanagement and involved in politics , which is a big hurdle for growth and performance.

This place is absolute abysmal for someone who believe in life and work balance. The management is a pure bully and unprofessional.
But one thing is certain that the walk in customers are great in numbers compared to other dealership , so if you are serious in making money and willing to sacrifice your family life, this is the place to be. 

a typical day consists of everyone coming to work on time prepared for the day, everybody is antiquated well which makes communication much easier making getting your job done easier, managers are always informed of what’s going on, all in all it feels like a happy place and nothing is too hard to handle

working with Meadowavle Honda helped me learn most of what i know about how dealerships function from a sales and administrative point of views.
being extremely motivated i grew into the lot manager position from a lot attendant. had all of the used car department duties on my shoulder which built great confidence and aptitude for work.

Easily the lowest paying company I worked at. They expect you to do things not on your job description yet they are not paying you enough. The worst work environment i worked at. No room for advancement and they treat you like a slave. On top of that their benefits is the worst Ive seen. 

Everyone is very friendly and easy to get along with. All managers are approachable and will work with you to resolve any issues. There are conflicts as any place but at the end of the day a solution is found.

Always takes good care of their employees. Does not neglect any of the clients needs. -- Was able to adapt well and apply everything I've learned from the company to most of my life decisions.

Good co-workers, Bad management. No Chance for advancement.
employees are seen as highly replaceable and berated and belittled on a constant basis by the management. 

There are lots of stuff to learn in the car business.
Some people were lot of helpful in teaching and giving their knowledge
