In my experience, this workplace had both positive and challenging aspects. The team I worked with on a day-to-day basis was supportive and enjoyable to be around, which made the work environment more manageable.

However, I found that training and onboarding could have been more structured. At times, I felt that expectations were high without sufficient guidance, especially when taking on multiple responsibilities. This occasionally made the workload feel demanding.

From my perspective, recognition for work done was limited, which affected overall morale. I also felt that communication and support from upper management could have been improved to create a more positive and consistent work environment.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Amazing staff and dealing with our customers on a daily basis. Management was very supportive.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Tire season! Every customer wanted their tires swapped asap! Maintaining a good rapport and helping organize these appointments.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Even though it’s a very busy dealership the environment was very good to work in.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I would open the service counter at 7:00am and start checking messages and answer the phones. I would greet the customers dropping off their vehicles and when the service was complete, cash them out.

Working at Meadowvale Toyota was a great experience I learned a lot from my peers, all the finance managers were excellent to deal with, created a stress free environment. If your looking to start a career in sales I highly recommend this place as you’ll learn the ins and outs of the business. Honestly one of the best places I have ever worked HR is really understanding of your needs.

And management always wins. I started off as a Receptionist. Moved up to service advisor is less than 5 months. Yes, I agree, my number were not amazing in the beginning but they were great as I kept going, my CSI was getting amazing, I'm talking 89%! They fired me because of higher management???  So they basically fired me for my number in the BEGINNING of me becoming service advisor but has never looked at my improvement. I've worked at better dealers than this in my life!! Honestly, don't waste your time on this company.

No bad reviews for this dealer I genuinely loved this place and I wish I could have stayed for a lot longer lots of working bays and they had small carts for apprentices so I don’t really have any complaints 

Best thing about this place was the accounting controller she is a great leader and I’ve learned a lot 
I was able to balance between life and work. The salary was good.

It was my pleasure to work in Meadowvale Toyota, albeit for a short duration. The manager and members of the staff are friendly and fun to work with. There's great camaraderie here and dedication towards work. Overall, an excellent place to work at!!

From lack of training in our booking department, to our unqualified technicians. a lack of attention to detail is an everyday thing at meadowvale toyota.

Meadowvale Toyota is a new dealership that provides friendly customer service across all areas of the sales team. Service is constantly under review, though management has a good understanding of employee needs and training.

Most of the time we spend our mornings with a quick sales meeting followed by everyone calling their top sales leads as well as taking care of the potential clients that are in the showroom.
