A typical day at work is very busy with many barriers to tackle to make month end.
Due to personnel changes, I've had the opportunity to learn and perform Program Management duties for more than 1 yr.
Management was fairly pleasant and always tried to keep a happy environment to work in.
Co-workers in general were pleasant and friendly,
The hardest part of the job was keeping up with many various tasks and "spurr of the moment" almost impossible to acheive demands when time has already run out for any other more suitable and workable commitment.
The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to communicate participate & share information with many various departments that build the structure of an Aerospace company.

People do not stay here, I have never seen so many unhappy people in the offices and speak of it very openly looking for another job. The bathrooms are disgustingly dirty and the toilet seats have crabs. The atmosphere is unfriendly and stressful. They do not train the new hires, no guidance or help integrate them.

So much to learn due to the big responsibilities that come with you working here. It can be tiring some times but most of the times if you perceive it as a chance to evolve, you’ll grow to love it.

Great place to learn and work collaboratively with engineering functions. Get to learn new technical concepts and have the opportunity to work on different projects.

very bad formation and you have to be productive in no time even with set up  you never did. i had bad day because of all the stress they put on you..
