What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working at Media Graph in a sales role is the ability to bring creative ideas to life in the real world. Instead of selling a standard product, we collaborate with architects, designers, developers, and brands to turn concepts into fully engineered environments—whether that’s large-format print, custom structural displays, or integrated architectural lighting.

It’s rewarding because every project is different and often highly visible in retail, commercial, or public spaces. As a sales professional, you’re not just closing deals you’re helping shape the design, solving technical challenges, and guiding projects from early vision through installation.

Media Graph also has a strong collaborative culture between sales, design, engineering, and production teams. That cross-functional collaboration allows us to take on complex projects and deliver solutions that truly transform spaces, which makes the work both challenging and incredibly satisfying.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
One of the more challenging aspects of working at Media Graph is managing the complexity and pace of large custom projects. Because many of our solutions are highly tailored—combining design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation—timelines can be tight and expectations are high, especially for high-visibility spaces.

That said, this challenge is also what makes the work rewarding. It requires strong collaboration between sales, design, and production teams to solve problems quickly and deliver exceptional results. Being part of that process pushes you to stay organized, communicate clearly, and think creatively to meet client goals while maintaining quality and execution standards.

As a new employee, I must say that from the very beginning -starting with the interview process - everything has been well-structured and organized, which helped me transit smoothly into my role. I received training and continue to learn more about TLS lighting products with the ongoing support of my colleagues. Our managers  along with the rest of the team, have been consistently helpful and encouraging.
One aspect I especially appreciate is our department's weekly meetings, where we openly discuss any challenges we're facing and explore solutions together. These sessions are very productive and help us stay aligned and proactive. Additionally, we have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one meetings with our managers to present our work, receive feedback, and continue developing with their guidance.

The worst work culture I have experienced involved unstable management and a high turnover of staff, so gloomy you needed therapy!
The company was disorganized and lacked structure, with things often rushed and poorly thought out. 
There was little transparency with staff, and insufficient training was provided for employees to succeed. 
A lack of trust in employees was evident, highlighted by the presence of a punch-in machine, constant surveillance and no wfh opportunities.

Although the company and products had a lot of potential, trust between employees and management was lacking, and talent was not nurtured from the start. 
There was no real onboarding process, no one-on-one reviews or personal development plans, and feedback/discussions with management were more toxic than a reality tv drama. 
Weekly or biweekly motivational huddles were nonexistent. 
The overall experience left you feeling like a cow on a conveyor belt, slowly milked of your life and soul. 
Respect is fundamental. 

I hope that leadership hired a HR and made meaningful improvements. 

Overall, I have a very positive experience working at this company. I truly enjoy the people I work with and I feel encouraged to do my job in an autonomous way, with trust and flexibility.

My role does not involve excessive pressure, and I work on a product that challenges me every day and motivates me to continuously learn new things, which I really value from a professional growth perspective.

Work hours and weekends are respected, allowing me to maintain a healthy work–life balance and take care of my personal life.

The company’s location can be a challenge for some employees; however, the area is well served by public transportation, which helps make commuting more manageable.

A typical day includes coordinating tasks, collaborating across teams, and contributing to ongoing projects while managing deadlines and priorities.

This place is filled with ambitious individuals. Lazy and unmotivated employees realize that they're in the wrong place after a few months. Lack of competencies get them fired or they leave voluntarily. As a current employee, I love working here and the challenges are daily and varied and leave me satisfied. The culture at Media Graph is wonderful and employees are encouraged to be innovators in everything they do. If you love what you do and if you're hired here to do that, then this place will surely satisfy you.

Worked at Media Graph and the experience was challenging but always felt that they cared. It is a fast pace company that values customer satisfaction. If you are a driven individual and passionate about lighting and signage you will like and be challenged. New management as started and does make a difference as they bring a new approach that was needed.

I used to work here and my only advice is stay away from this company, work culture is non existent they stifle your creativity, beat down your passion and expect you to be a robot. you won't be getting paid anywhere near the market rate. Management lacks even basic decency and doesnt know how to treat employees. They dont care about motivating an employee for them you are just a number, you leave and someone else will come in.

Media-Graph is a fantastic place to work! The team is collaborative and supportive, and management truly values employee growth and development. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, and the atmosphere is positive and welcoming. It’s a place where you can grow your career and enjoy coming to work every day.

Not recommended to anyone. 
There is no respect for employees in this company.
 No fix time for finishing work and they will give more work before 5 min when employee is leaving.
Owner talks rudely to each employee and blames to other for his mistake.
