Medical Imaging Consultants

Working at MIC was great. I enjoyed the people I worked with, and the fast-paced environment. They do try to match the wages of unionized employees and offer salary increases yearly. There is no weekend work or on call for my field. The only downfall with a private clinic is no union, so job security is not as great nor are opportunities given necessarily fair. Also immediate management comes from technologist backgrounds instead of business, and that can cause a lack of professionalism/organization. All in all, I would work there again for sure.

Each day was the same and reliable, I learned a lot about how to be better at dealing with each patient that comes into the workplace and working with a wide variety of people with the same position and also in different departments. Management was very kind and did what was by the book. The hardest part of my job was feeling that no one was open to conversation about how things could possibly be done. (of course with respect to protocol etc) The most enjoyable part of my job was meeting so many genuine people every day.

My day would usualy start with goin threw my messages and returning phone calls and goin threw my emails.I would than go threw my billing sometimes a difficult thing would be if if numbers didt match.It would take some time to go threw where it was messed up.I had a desk at back of office so didt have any close coworkworkers but if i had to call for it help with my computer they were helpful.My manager was very busy and would occasionaly stop in at my desk.Overall it was a very nice place to work

I truly loved working at MIC. I was so sad to leave. Each day was different, some days slower than others - but we worked as a team so it was a great atmosphere. The coworkers and people from other departments were friendly and helpful. Management were great and always made you feel like their door was always open. I worked at nearly every single clinic within the company as a casual, and loved the ability to meet different people. 

I worked with Medical Imaging Consultants for 7 months and I loved the job itself, I feel like maybe they could improve on training new people that start to work there, but other than that I cannot complain. I would have continued to work with them, but due to my casual position with them, it was not meeting my full time needs for work.

I enjoyed my time with Medical Imaging Consultants,,,a good place to work.

The hardest part of my job was my disability and the most enjoyable part was the continual learning and the other staff.

The hardest part of the job - saying goodbye when I left. Great people.  Patients who came to this site - got used to our staff and appreciated the time we took for them.

Performing Xray's. Performing Bone density scans. It was a site that attracted a high percentage of ethnic patient's. I enjoyed the variety of patients and the challenge of different cultures.

loved my job with MIC. my hours were set, but company always willing to work around dr appts, ect. I truly miss being part of the team with MIC. It was nice being able to work from home .

I worked part time as a student and they were always accommodating with my schedule and allowed me to work when I needed to. Great workplace culture overall.
