Management doesn’t care about their employees, HR has no idea of how to be HR which is ridiculous. A lot of hardworking people that get underpaid $13 an hour cash. They don’t care about their employees or plants, lots of Powdery Mildew in the buds and bud rot, regardless of that they will sell it and radiate it.
There is around 100 employees in the company but just the legal ones which are around 15 get proper training.

They keep firing people, if you get hired you will see that there is a lot of turnover (that’s why they are hiring all the time) 
If you are “lucky” you will get promoted  just because they really need people and take advantage of you, they will offer you to be in salary instead of hourly because you will almost give your life for them and go to work Saturday or Sunday and check every room. They had lots of good employees but of course they don't last very long.

A typical day at work you get in, no one knows what to do, the boss walks around looking to fire someone its very stressful and the way he talks to you is very disrespectful. I never learned anything new. Management is practically non-existent and when they are around they don’t know what to do so overall its just a mess. The hardest part of this job is trying to find something to do so you look busy so you don’t get watched all day and then fired for not having anything to do or completing your job in a timely manner if you do get something to do. With that being said if you are looking for job security just don’t even bother with this place you can try to come to an understanding to work around your needs but no one cares about you or what happens to you outside of the workplace. 

I started my role here with some established background in the Cannabis industry, but they have been extremely supportive in helping me advance in my chosen direction. If you come in with a willingness to learn and grow the management/more experienced staff are extremely supportive and willing to help you advance.
Being a startup changes are always happening, but it makes the job more interesting, and it is always rewarding to see the team come up with constant improvements.

The cannabis industry is pretty cut throat as is. After working at numerous LP I can say with all confidence that this facility was the worst. Co workers are pretty easy to get along with. Management is terrible. Just seem to go around daily just looking for someone to repremand or fire. Management isn't good at managing at all and just stress out the workers with the way they act. My pay was horribly low for the for the industry standard. ( The lowest pay rate I was offered in the industry but needed a job). Just do yourself a favor and just avoid this facility if you have any anxiety issues.

This is the most unprofessional workplace I’ve ever seen. The management is clueless. Workers are all stressed. Lots being paid under the table. So many people were being hired and quitting , the turn over rate must be insane. I would not recommend this job to anyone unless they absolutely need the money. Overall just an amateur operation run by people who seem very inexperienced, in a greenhouse that is falling apart. 

Incredibly unorganized. 
Management makes lots of promises and never follows through.
The staff work hard and are great people to work along side.
But everyone is frustrated, overworked, under appreciated and generally just not happy with how much is expected of them and how little is provided to them!

The people you work with office staff are horrible

Not getting paid on time and not getting any response from hr

Good people doing the work but not once was I paid on time

Great days working the fields and machines

Day at work is cleaning the entire building

Always trying to assist employees 
Hardest part of the job is that it requires physical strength and energy
Most enjoyable part of the job is working without being under stress and constantly being shown appreciation.

Management
Greedy and manipulative. They will say one thing to your face and then totally act like it was never said. I was promised a salary. Did all that was required to get it only to be denied it and when I confronted them, I was fired a week later without cause.
Workplace culture
You are led to believe we are a team etc. Our team members and temps were great. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
If you want an amazing place to be under appreciated, abused, demoralized, under paid, totally insecure and a constant feeling of dread, then this is the place for you.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not knowing when, not if, you'll be terminated.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Totally, 100% toxic and greedy.
