Wow! What a disappointing disaster of an experience this was. Working at Medisca, you quickly come face to face with the unpleasant aspects of the corporate world. I expected this to a certain degree but Medisca possesses an almost comical level of bureaucratic and systemic nonsense. As a result, the employees are exhausted, depressed, and unmotivated. Management style is best described as chaotic and mercurial. Nothing is done with any semblance of efficiency, but most employees are either too apathetic to care or too new to make any decisions. You end up with this ad infinitum "blind leading the burnt out" chain of command which further spirals into complete confusion. There are some fantastic talented and smart individuals working there, but there's no hiding their mounting frustration.

Infrastructure itself is sad-beige and prison-esque. There is an all-encompassing sense of tension and mistrust stemming from the egregious installation of cameras and computer monitoring software. You will be provided with the bare minimum necessary to do your job. Company policies seem arbitrary and are counterproductive and constricting. I thought this type of company only existed in the movies.

I therefore cannot recommend this employment experience to anybody, for any reason, at any time.

I learned a lot from Medisca and owe a lot to Medisca having worked here straight out of University.  I advanced significantly throughout the course of 4 years from sales representative to national sales manager and business development manager. There is a huge market for this constantly growing business despite what others say here on this site. 
I was always treated fairly by upper management. Basically, if you put in the hard work, no matter at what level you were,  you got noticed and rewarded, it was that simple. (They do not (and should not) reward raises to non-contributors or slackers. Only those who contribute to the company's overall advancement/prosperity should be rewarded in my opinion.) Their compounding training courses were also very innovative when compared to the competition and this company grew to one of the top 3 major providers in the industry. 

The work was easy but the expectations were very unclear and very subjective. 
Basically it was a high school popularity contest except you weee trying to please indecisive micromanaging marketing directors. The upper management does not give clear directions and does not make decisions but blames you for it. 
I had no training but was blamed for not having done enough in two months. In two months I had created an entire team and delivered on projects consistently and on time. But was it worth it? Not at all. Highly stressful work due to the overly gossipy environment and changing scopes constantly too. 

If you are looking for a job fast, go for Medisca. If you are looking to establish your career or you are :

ambitious
career driven
have a sense of drive

Avoid because you will become one of them.

No work culture at all, I wouldnt even consider it bad but it doesnt exist. They make you pay for coffee and they are proud to stay that it is for under 1$. 

Everyone in the company right now is looking to apply elsewhere.

They don't hire people quick enough. High turnover. Generous with vacation, and room for advancement. Very busy most of the time with not enough hours in the workday to get everything done. People who can handle the pace will be pushed. Teammates are very helpful and accommodating. Bad area for rush hour traffic.

I was an intern for a year there it was great experience, but I wouldn't recommend staying for too long. There isn't much opportunity for growth, so I think it would be better to get experience and move on. I also found that people weren't very close there. I always say people eating alone in the cafeteria and people wouldn't eat together. Kind of a cold environment.

Great company for entry-level talent looking to gain experience. Company is "behind the times" in several ways. You'll have the best coworkers but little to no movement/promotion/opportunity. High turnover.

worked here for over 2 years, great place to begin my career and get a good understanding of the industry. Really interesting and niche industry and you will learn a lot about it working here. Great company activities as well such as monthly birthday cakes.

The company is growing fast across the world. Of course there will be a few speed bumps but overall it is a place where you can learn so much. If you are looking at just doing the minimum or sticking to the same old routine day after day, this place is not for you!

The worst experience ever. The most greediest president I have ever encountered. Absolutely no appreciation what so ever, not even a nod. No growth what so ever. Employees quit weekly and sometimes in groups Lolol wow! I can’t bekieve it. Run as far as you can from Medisca
