Only worked here for a short period of time it was a seasonal packing position overall job was not bad and easy when people worked together as a team which never happened everyone who is "full-time" not contracted all felt entitled to not do anything and would complain about the work, jobs and the management. the floor supervisor seemed like he had no idea what was even going on most of the time and days. Simply couldn't answer or train me on most things included in my job always asking me questions on how to do things like he doesn't know much of the jobs involved at all? overall i wouldn't recommend working here seem's like no one really cares and leave it all up to you to pick up all the slack of the other employee's.

This place is BAD. All up and down the ladder, nobody seems to know what they're responsible for/supposed t be doing.

From not knowing how to process a workplace injury, to managers threatening your job and lying through their teeth to everyone.

The manager in oakville is a slimy snake of  a "man"

Avoid this company at all costs.

Everybody there is pretty much your family as soon as you walk in the door. It's a shame I'd messed up and not able to work there anymore. But that doesn't make me think less of the place. it is an absolutely great place, relaxed but productive, and greatly balanced schedule.

Some days are slower than others but overall fast paste. Learned how to pick orders. hardest part of the job is picking the right parts. lets you be in a different work environment. Over all very good seasonal job.

Warehouse is not safe for you. Management is not professional. Employees are generally rude at warehouse.  Good luck with them, they want seasonal workers because they  give you worst duties daily, don’t give it to full time workers.

While i worked at Merc, I had a good fast day at work. The hours never seemed to drag on, and were always kept busy with something to do without feeling rushed or panic'd

I had worked there seasonally and had a great time with everybody i worked with. Super family oriented place with great staff and a really nice overall enviorment

Co workers unwilling to help new people unless you bow and scrape and treat them like gods. Manager was on personal calls all day leaving work for others.

-clean/safety is put first
-able to lift heavy weights
-good colleagues, people are always helpful

Everybody knows each other,  Nice environment of work. Sometimes closed minds. NOT easy to change ways to do better things. Most of the time people help each other.
