To start the pay is absolutely ridiculous being the poorest available for the rolls and the work level required 
No departments talk to each other to organise jobs so its complete chaos if ever more than one has to work in and area at any time which would be simplified if management did their jobs for once
Managers are only interested in keeping their own monthly bonuses rather than any being interested in how their workers are being treated.
It is seriously only focused on one thing and that is to squeeze every last bit of money from the attractions and providing not even the barest minimum of maintenance whilst expecting workers to work for nothing with nothing and achieve higher than possible levels of work berating them if they fail

I worked at Legoland Discovery Centere and it was a good starter experience. The managers and employees were very nice and help you when you were stuck, and everything was easy to understand. They're just very disorganized when it comes down to dealing with covid and they let go a few workers for unknown reasons, only to hire new people a few days later. I was let go and I never even received notice of it until I asked for my schedule.

Learnt that work is what you make it and you get out what yo put in.
Management are supportive and encouraging, no 'us and them' culture.
Co workers are great easy to work with.
Hardest part is different challenges sent in my direction and sometimes not having guidance if line manager is not available.
Enjoyable part is the great atmosphere, encouragement, support from everyone. Also problem solving.

My role was to operate the attractions and ensure all the guests were having a wonderful experience.Typical day started with a meeting, then opening the attraction, then moving from ride to ride, activity to activity, and cycling everyone around to ensure it wasn't the same person twice at any attraction.

No two days are the same, each day will bring a new set of challenges that will strengthen your skills and develop you personally and professionally. Work life balance can be difficult when working in a 24 hour operation however the people really do make it a great place to be.

Could be a very good place to work depending on what job you are doing, 
Management are very good
They are very understanding if you need time off for hospital or doctors.
They have staff do,s and incentives .

Good jobs that require no previous experience. Good way to gain new experience and training.  Good hours and balance between life and work. Not a lot to enjoy about the job but a good way to start earning money you feel me.

Very productive place to work with great co workers with great management and excellent learning and growing opportunities and also gained very valuable experience along with long lasting relationships

fun place to work whilst still in school/college/uni. easy to manage work as well as coursework and the teams you are put in are always super nice. 

after 2 years of working there i was sad to go but it was time for me to move on

This role was challenging but always fast paced and taught me a lot about customer service. 

Always a very busy role and one which you are able to develop existing skills while gaining new ones.
