- Work was handed out through a ticketing system (Service Now).
It could be fast paced or very methotical depending on the job you were tasked to do.

- I learned a lot about Segregation of duties, Security audits, and the importance of adhering to the guidelines provided in order to meet the vendors (Cenovus) very strict service standards

- lower level management was good. There was howerever a disconnect with upper management made only more difficult by the fact that as contractors we have to answer to the vendor.  This, coupled with our own upper management being unable to understand our role within the institution made for some unnecessary delays.

- My co-workers were for the most part all veterans in this role as they had worked under Encana doing the same thing. 

- The hardest part of the job was the segregation of duties. This is because in an environment like the one Cenovus had you could only do so much troubleshooting within your role before having to pass on the work to another team. Taking into account that most of these groups were different vendors with different undestanding of procedures and SLA's would sometimes make things difficult.

- The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people. not only within our department but later on we were able to put faces to people we had only spoken to through e-mail or via telephone conversations.

I worked here on contract position, had an opportunity to learn new things in the technology field.The management was great. Got to meet new people. The environment was really good, where I worked individually and with a team on some projects. Company is good if your looking to work on contracts.

This company was bought out by another third party service organization that absorbed most of the employees and contractors into it's structure.  They maintained all contracts that existed prior to the takeover.

I was only here for a few months right after I graduated SAIT. From the experience I had, the employees were all very nice and friendly. Although the team leads were out of touch with the employees.

Great employer for the temporary contract I took. was reasonable with expenses, provided good work environment. I would take another contract from them if I was in the market for IT contracts

A good start with IT support and always fun at work. Learn new skills, meet new people and enjoy the challenges. 
A team work and create new connection with different employers while working for them.

The position at Metafore was a great long term position in which I met a lot of great people and the work was enjoyable. Having the ability to work in several offices it was a great work experience.

I believed that the company need to work harder at providing better training.

this work was  a shift time scheduling ,good experience,easy work, team work with leader guide, like it but was contact and short time
