Typical day:
-creating tickets from calls/emails
-following up on open incidents
-updating Knowledge Base
-review and assign all open tickets
-evaluating/monitor calls and tickets created by agents
-monitor phone queue
-assign various projects to agents
-meet with client service managers to review cases/incidents
-setup training for new agents
-review stats/sla's for individual agents
-coach/mentor agents
Learnt a lot about QA management and resolving escalating incidents.
Enjoyed strong working relationship with co-workers! This was the most enjoyable part of working at Metafore. 
The company had a high turnover of it's Service Managers! We had a new manager every year I worked there which meant constantly adapting to their different management style.

I enjoyed working with my co-workers in Calgary and the other offices in western Canada. I had limited exposure to the eastern offices but also enjoyed working with them as well.

Only worked there 6 months but found it to be a good company over all.

There is room for improvement in organization, company was just bought out so improvements may come. 

Pay is better then average.

Contractual work but great offerings and advancement possibility, excellent career move for someone who has experience in one of the many fields they offer. They always have work.

I find myself in my element working with clients -
 I am a volunteer with Revenue Canada helping those qualified to have their tax return completed free.
I also volunteer with Victim Service helping those in need

Established many great business and personal relationships at Metafore during my tenure.
Our software Sales team did a fantastic job.
Many of the associates are very dedicated and professional.

Colleagues didn't get their work done and provided a lot of distraction.  It was a party atmosphere and middle management didn't care as long as the stats were good.

Excellent Team work and Management. I love my work place. Salary is little low but the environment is excellent.
Perfect work balance and support from peers.

Top quality company with excellent management, pay structure and opportunity to advance. The workload is heavy but still very fulfilling work regardless.

i like o work with new techno because it the new way
if we don't we are going to miss a lot of opportunistic, be open on these new tech it and advantaged
