If you really need a job where you maybe required to drive over 10hr a week to your locations (2 hrs each day)
where your puting away ALOT of product with zero help 
then take this job

the management doesn't care about you if your new i had the most weight when working here in some weeks twice the amount of other people yet even when i asked for help from others i would not get any 

i drove 10hr a week for 1 year i asked many many times to have this reduced and switch some stores around and guess what that never happen either, tho another person who started working at the same time as me only drove 30 mins MAX to their stores and always had less weight who also got help when they had asked ...

so id suggest you stay away from this job unless you like not having any life and just want to work all day everyday

unfair rises the weekend shift supervisor is bully especially in the morning they pick on people to look funny. They expect you to over work 2 hours ahead or over your secluded shift for their own benefit (production) they don’t appreciate your efforts but they make unnecessary rude comment I have worked for 3 years here the worst 3 years of bullying, unfair wages and profit shares they have lost so many experienced seniors for their bad attitude. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated right. They expect you to do 10 different things over your own job and if you say no and stand up for yourself expect to be bullied and picked on every day. Don’t every come here if you want a peace of mind and appreciated efforts

Amazing place to work. The company awards individuals who work hard, and are passionate about the company. Management is great, always encouraging their employees, and rewarding them for hard work. Environment is always positive, and everyone tries to help each other get to the next position. There is constantly new positions opening within the company as people move up, so there is a lot of room for growth. 

Metrie really values their employees. 

There are bad days just like any other job, but everyone is always encouraging to help out to help relieve work load.

The World's Dirtiest mind set people on this earth I met at Metrie. 
A production leader and a supervisor. 
When they don't like someone they treat like an enemy. 
When I saw these two people, I thought that I am in a war zone!
When they are in 
Around the staff they like, they are ready to give them hugs, 
but when they are around
for some staff they don't like they are acting like kings of evil. 
I have experienced with different levels and multicultural work 
places none of them act like these two people.
I felt incredibly painful the way they treat people.
I would like to teach them how to behave?


The management's integrity has been in question due to a consistent pattern of unfulfilled promises to employees. With recent changes in leadership, there has been a noticeable decline in profit-sharing opportunities and transparency. This has led to a high turnover rate, with longstanding employees resigning due to dissatisfaction with management practices. The increased reliance on contract workers has raised concerns about the ease of management control. Additionally, voicing concerns has sometimes resulted in becoming a target for repercussions.

Avoid this place and save your time!- seems like they have gone through a complete overhaul- practically fired a lot of the people within the sales, ops and finance departments and  "trying to build a culture". No leadership within the sales, operations and finance teams. Poor communication both internal/external and everyone trying to save their back. Employees are considered "backups" and with no internal clarity on roles. Mgmt seems to be readying the place for a sale to private equity investor- Save your energies and work somewhere else.

Human quality and a very solid company.

For me it was my difficulty in expressing myself in English because it is not my mother tongue and I was learning it.

Excellent, there was never any verbal or emotional abuse, just support and understanding.

They were pleasant days, I always had the support of my supervisor and coworkers.

learn to work in a hot and noisy environment, there is no steady work, one is moved from one job to another.

standing at all times, noisy and dusty work place

officers are all for production, they are less focused on human services and labor concern. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
work with earplug and eye protector at noisy and hot environment

Metrie is a company that your experience varies highly depending on what branch you work in. Personally I worked in the prairies but if you are at a smaller branch there are times you can be forgotten about and left out. Some people like that cause you are left to your own vulition. The company itself is fantastic, really puts people first. Benefits are second to none. Pay is fair and salary, not commission.

I am enjoyed working here because there is enough space to move around. But this is the only horrible and terrible experienced that I have ever known. Supervisors are full of deceitful. Especially immigrant weekends supervisors. 

They do not care about how some of the workers rude and disrespectful. But they only care about how much they would take their paycheck, they are going to make happy their big boss and show how outward an appearance would look good.
