Best group of guys to work with. Great formans too.

This place is Toxic  !  Management belittle employees, talk behind your back. Promises of advancement but nothing happens.  Equipment is junk  . Office staff are rude.  This place is a revolving door.  This place needs to be unionized,  maybe it'll clean up the Toxic environment there,  but doubt it.  Run good employees to the ground. 

There is no trust, no loyalty, they expect the world of you but give nothing back in return, they lie, they are manipulative, all office staff and management bad talk all the workers behind their backs. It's a highly unhealthy and toxic place to work. Just don't do it! 

The staff and regular customers are fun to interact with. The GM expects you to move mountains whilst telling every little thing you did wrong with a smile on their face and a knife against your gut.

Hard to do a job with a supervisor that has no organization skills and would rather sit in their truck almost all day. A lot of miserable co workers that make you feel like trash! If your looking to advance in this company , it won't happen. They will tell you anything to keep you around. 

Most disrespectful workplace I’ve ever experienced.
Trucks are junk.
Supervisors are rude, disrespectful.
Completely disorganized.
You’d be better off pushing a grocery cart around picking up empty bottles and cans.

This place is unhealthy!

I would not work for this company, they are stressful to work for, lower wage, bad attitude, bad management, the big guy that does the hiring has a really bad attitude, people aren't friendly at all. It will take forever to move up in the company.

If you are an apprentice mechanic EVEN with experience do not work here, they will make you regret life itself and paint walls this place seriously is not fun guys lol with so many better shops literally right beside, save yourself the possible stroke cheers

My experience with Milner group is quite good. They treat you like family and not just a number. Fair with wages and benefits. Quite happy to be part of the team!✅

Great company to work for and look after their staff. From management to coworkers everyone was friendly and helpful. Interactive work atmosphere, customers are rarely unfriendly, easy job to learn and be successful at.
