When two events,3 catering same day, it's coming stressful, 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
This company culture Indian and western, 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
 It's very busy day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday , Monday closed,  starting again Tuesday,

The managers rarely get angry with you and if you are not doing something correctly they just tell you nicely what to do, which very efficient. There are some parts during a shift that are very relaxed and other parts that are extremely busy, It depends on what type of event is going on.

A normal day working would be very challenging and sometimes it would be really hard to do things at workplace. People around the workplace were very hard working and committing. Overall it was a really good and self assessing job for me.

No work experience and still in high school. It was hard finding a job. I worked here throughout high school and really enjoyed it. The people are great and time goes by really quickly as you are always on the go. Not a boring job by any means.

I enjoy working with different cultures and learning their background.  Organizing and preparing for different venues.  I am the head bartender and enjoy preparing and serving for the different events.  I take pride in being organized before each and every event.

It would typically be a stressful environment, but overall it was an exceptional place to work. 
Loved everyone I worked with. The hardest part about the job was resting all the tables!

*outside catering and at the same part handling in-house parties
*getting praises and reviews from the clients

Nothing everything is great. Hardwork job pleasurable and productive . Get to interact with the customers and get to know the skills and many life experiences.

Mirage is a great place to work and a it's real pleasure to work for them. I've learned how to be more independent from my experience here and I've also learned the basics of customer service and satisfaction.

Great for a first time job; beware of fast paced working environment as well as some tough customers demanding excellent service while providing for parties of 100-1000 people.
