The best part about working at Mississauga GC was definitely the people you work with. Ines is an angel and one of the best bosses I have ever had. The members can be a handful but after getting to know them it was a real treat to serve them. The real issue is the upper management at the club who see the employees who are not at their level as expendable and simple tools to get themselves ahead. The HR lady was very unhelpful and I feel as though in a dispute resolution situation, she is always going to stick with management. Everyone in 'the office' I feel as though showed complete disrespect for the employees on the floor and made them feel uncomfortable or not comfortable at the very least. I know there is a lot of turn over by how hard is it to say hi or learn someone's name. 

I would work here if you need some quick cash and like golf.

so far no complaints. Nice to work in a team environment.  It is a private club so does not take long to get to know members.

Life would be better if we received gratuity more often, Christmas is the only time of year you can expect tips.

Management very nice and helpful. Meet with lots of great members.
I caddied for a lot of great members and they all pay well. This is a great place if you like to play golf and are good with interacting with people.

Management is helpful and respectful. You can work long hours or short hours, they are very flexible with  times. Ive learned different styles of serving and met many important people. Long hours can be hard but my co workers make it worth it and so does the pay.

The members would purposely leave they're towels everywhere and cleaning peoples shoes is just disgusting work. The bosses were very kind and there would always be a staff lunch

There is poor management in the golf shop.  Would not recommend working here as there is no respect for employees and they do not know how to communicated with employees.

Working at MGCC is such a great privilege because i have learned a lot of things like time management, how to handle a huge crowd of customers, organize a party and many more

Lots of fun, the staff are so amazing and friendly and not to mention Ines the manager is the best manager you will ever have. Genuinely the greatest person ever such a gem.

Lots of independence, supervisor were equally busy so a lot of on-the-job training, hours were not regular so it is difficult to plan but lots of benefits

As stated above, I found MGCC a great place to learn basic fundamentals of working as a team and receiving responsibility based on performance.
