This is kind of place to work just to hold on with paying bills so don't run behind while looking for better job.
They treat people with disregard as if  you were numbers for them. 
Don't expect to be rewarded  for your commitment and hard working.
They will always make you feel  like you are so desperate to be working for them.
They have lot of favoritism culture  and the human resources is clueless,he is   constantly only working and protecting  the company interests ,he doesn't give  any hake about  employees concerns.
Here  it's all about the company or nothing. 
Don't expect them to invest in operators or even get raised as  way to give operators a form of  merit in recognition of their hard working, not at all, don't expect any annual shared benefits treats out of profits they made from operators hardworking. 
You will be terminated without notice, they will  never want  to adress the concens prior to the escalating, but when it's the person  leaving  the company,  they will force him to give them 2 weeks notice.
Within a week working there, you will see  that's most of people working are new and you will krep hearing negative talk from people  working here  openly saying  negative things about the company and that they are looking  for something  better elsewhere.
95% of people working there are constly looking for better opportunities elsewhere.


What is the best part of working at the company?
Great atmosphere company seems to always be moving in the right direction good training facility and positive on line help
I worked there for 13 years  recently retired enjoyed my job and my co workers very clean place to work

The drive from Guelph  working during Covid was stressful which led to my retirement

Clean safe and positive attitude of the company as a whole

Putting parts and components together and attaching it to the wings measuring trimming riveting and ensuring a quality fit

A daily routine in service is conducting inspection walk around check the vehicle history

I have no complaints in mitsubishi management 
Work place is average 
Hardest is christmas season we are always full the call time is 8am  but we need to start at 6 am in order to accommodate our clients 
The enjoyable is when I feel that the whole  day was tiring but customers left  with no  complaints givng them your ever best  service  we called it customer delg ht.

My best part working in Mitsubishi is I'm assigned in major body assembly of adventure, mirage G4 and , chassy cab in sta Rosa Philippines in Year 2017

The  stressed full part to me is so very fast work because I have target in 1 day of 35 body of adventure

Night shift because night shift is very critical because if time around 1 to 2 am my mind is lower and slowly

Generally work hours were good as it fits the lifestyle in Kelowna. As for work, I went to work to work, and did so often rarely taking a lunch break, as it seemed as lunch time approached so did the customers and I was needed for deals and consultations with sales staff. The hardest part of the job was that you never knew when it would get super busy.  The most enjoyable part of the job was working with people, and meeting all types of customers and getting to know them if only for a brief period sometimes.

Working on cars and trucks going on drives to deliver parts and dealvering vehicles

Getting pulled in all different directions

Not good every body always complaining 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Wash and wax 5 to 8 cars a day plus going out on trips

A typical day would be morning meeting, on to cycle count or inventory, after this moving on to picking daily orders with RF scanners as well as using orderpickers,sitdown,standup as well as BTs.I have done picking,packing,shipping,receving,cycle count,putaways, as well as housekeeping.The co-workers are a great group of people, the management where wonderful, just like family.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There isn’t . Working on the sales end is the most crooked and morally wrong job

Calling people constantly lying to them about getting them a better deal just to get them to the store

There isn’t and the environment is based on popularity

Absolute favourite job by far. Honestly my dream job but unfortunately I was only there for a couple months before having to move because of personal reasons. If not for that I would 100% still be there. Wage was great and so were my coworkers. Not super busy so there was a lot of sitting around but always people to talk to and customers were almost always friendly as well. 

I improved my accounting skills from junior level to intermediate level while I worked at this company. I had the chance to work in the treasury and corporation finance area. The experience with this company opened my perspective and triggered my interest to pursue my MBA finance at UBC
