Absolutely no communication or leadership on any level

Toxic. No f’s given about any employee. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Trying to figure out what was going on. Communication again

The equipment is old and in need of replacement, all junk. Frankly IDK how they pass highway safety. Shop trucks are unsafe to drive, foreman walks around like a peacock strutting his stuff. You ask him for help and he talks down to you. 

Only good side is other mechanics feel your frustration and try to help you as they feel the same. Would not recommend anyone to work there. Company needs a complete overhaul, with new management and equipment.

Was good to work for most of the time.since covid lot more stressful as with many jobs but was maybe not handled as well as tbey could have handled things

Probably the worst company I worked for hands down, job security is non existent. Favouritism plays a huge part in there. Forman has no respect for anyone but himself. I could go on and on but to sum it up I wouldn’t recommend working there. The place is a joke.

Very, very unorganized. They expect you to give everything and get nothing hut grief. The owners and half employees drink and do drugs while working. Horribly unsafe. Poor benefits. All the equipment is beat up and junk.

Forman would change your hours on your time sheet after it was signed and then deny it along with the office and the equipment was always broken down one way or another

mocon was a good place to work at.working under my journeyman was awsome learned lots. the owner  had no respect for his workers and has no idea how to properly run a company.

Always a lot of work during the summer. Gone from home lots. 12 hour shifts, some nights required but not very often. Out of town supper/ lunches are your own responsibility, unless camp is provided.

I've worked with them for a short while and they appear to be a good company to work for. Decent hours and pay and the hiring process was quick and easy. I would recommend working here

Was awesome working for the company.   Supervisors week trained and taught well. Equipment well taken care of. Flexible day and night shifts. Pay was alright for labor workers
