It was a good place for experience ,we did large contract work building large tanks over 100ft in diameter ,also worked on site (outside) on the warf where we built these tanks and prepared them to be floated from the miramichi to NFLD.
my shop supervisor treated me quite fairly,enjoyed working with him,my co-workers were great people. The hardest part of the job I guess would be welding the floor plates for the tanks as they were welded while laying down for over a year by open doors, was uncomfortable but it was a job.The most enjoyable part of the job was getting told at the end of my day by my supervisor that I had done a great job.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The hour are great, and they are flexible with booking time off.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management chaos. Old equipment.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Its a good place to work, low paying though.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Operate telehandler, loading/unloading steel.

I worked there for 2 years, not making that great of money. The work I did in my eyes and also in others was superior to what I got paid. When I was asked to go for a job in Nunavut and said no, they said that there was shortage of work which I knew was not the case and laid me off.

No organization skills . Something that takes an hour they think 🤔should take 20mins. No common sence
Just not fun place to learn the trades .most people leave because of no home life.

Overall great company to work for, management is understanding and willing to work around issues in your personal life. Great benefits, good wages, weekends off.

Always rushing the job. Poor management and no coordination. One Supervisor acting like a big boss and  talk too much. Too many supervisors and boss. And if you have a color you nothing. 

Interesting job, working closely with both employees and managers. Opportunities to take initiative and do various tasks. interesting work. Good hours of work. Learned a lot! Would work there again forsure

Great people, good employers. Short
Work term but  I enjoyed the job tremendously.  Employees are great to work with.  Supervisors are helpful.  Very safety oriented to employees.

Need a shift in senior management, poor people skills and anger management issues. They lay off employees due to lack of work but will hire again the week after for same type of work.

great place to work , 3 big shops, and they also do field work,management was pretty good and the workers were even better
