I’ve been working at Mold Busters for over two years now, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. One of the highlights of my role is the opportunity to work on business process automation and software development. The interview process was very straight forward. Mold Busters streamlined the steps using a chatbot. This was my first experience doing those steps, but it's very effective. They called me within hours of my application and completed the interview. I was then invited for a paid test day and after completion got hired full-time. Mold Busters provided an opportunity to learn new skills and build a career. I moved up to be a team leader now and would like to manage a regional office by the summertime. If you want to build your career, then highly recommended to apply.

I've worked for mold busters for some time and they treat employees fairly and with respect. You won't feel like you're being used and abused. Best part is you get paid everyday depending on your hours which means you won't be arguing over hours worked or recording them on some timetable. With that said, you also receive paid lunches that you take whenever you want with your team and unlike most construction companies they won't let you go for not being at 100% your first day. 

I spent two years at Mold Busters, first as remediation technician and then as a supervisor. Mold Busters provided me with amazing pay structure with opportunity to grow and learn. I really enjoyed spending time with co-workers. Management was always there to help and pay was always on time. We built friendships for life at Mold Busters and will continue to be friends.

Working as an Administrative Client Support at Mold Busters has been a truly rewarding experience. The company's mission is important, and it's evident in every aspect of the work. The management is approachable and the team is committed to excellence.

The employees are top notch. 
Management will.ask you to help them move and then yell at you for not cleaning their house. Offer you a raise to keep you from leaving for another company. Then lay you off the following week. Argue with you over pay every other week. 

As a Mold Remediation Technician for Mold Busters, I'm proud of the work I do to make homes safer. The company provides excellent training and there is a strong emphasis on teamwork. It's a great place to work if you value making a difference in people's lives.
