What is the best part of working at the company?
Minimal oversight from management despite intensive unpaid training program. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When clients are clearly breaking laws/guidelines and Home Managers suggest no intervention. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Profit based. Toxic. Poor employee support. Low hiring standard. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
12 hr days caring for and spending time with adults with mental health issues. Expected to log all your interactions. Manage their finances. Etc. 

If your relief calls in sick you stay on for 24hr

The most challenging part of the job is witnessing clients in distress or heightened states and feeling powerless to relieve their pain or discomfort. 
I have learned to appreciate good health and the gift of being alive, and to make the most of every moment.
The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing the clients happy, giggling and saying “thank you”.

I work here..I enjoy it for the most part. Management wants more and more from you everyday,  but we are the lowest paid in the field. If you love being stuck on 24 hour shifts regularly, without a thank you then you've found the right company. There are so many 24 hour shifts because we can't  keep staff because of the low wage.  I stay because of the clients. They are what makes me want to come to work each day. They are what makes working at this company worth it for me

They are organized. The company support the immigrants to achieve their goals.

Working as a front line staff with clients who ios tough.

Super good. Very organized setting

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
New challenge to explore at every poinmt in time.

If your lucky enough to have a good team that is a bonus.  However management is awful. They pay you poorly and expect you to do whatever they say. 
All they care about is money so they will sweep whatever they need to under the rug so they do not be investigated. Worst company I ever worked for. Thank God I left

Great experience working here, very rewarding work, learned alot, few bad apples(lazy people who don't pull their weight) as expected at any workplace, union takes 80$ a month does absolutely nothing no benefits, with current inflation you will just continue surviving no advancement in your finances, hire saying full time but start casual so not full time false advertising, besides that it's wonderful.

It’s an okay place to work. The coworkers are best kind. But as for management, that’s a whole different cup of tea. 
Very stressful environment. If you think your mental health is good, then don’t work here. It will tear you down and rip you apart in more ways than you can ever imagine. 
And don’t think you’ll actually enjoy your day off, because your phone will never stop ringing 

Recently started as casual dsw and hours available would vary

After 3months made it to full time, in that time I hadn’t even had an interaction with my designated manager. When I’d call or message for support I usually got a voicemail. Felt like a name on a list. 

The clients I’ve met were funny and lively, they  were fun

Definitely could be paid more for the work!

Working with Momentum can be fun and challenging. If you are able to establish a good relationship with your client, you will enjoy the work. Some home managers are also very helping. In all it's a good job, the salary can be a bit more better.
