always very busy. Learn something everyday, especially since training is subpar.  No support from management.  Told to supervise,  but had no power to deal with subordinate who knew nothing. Did not feel secure in position, since no feedback back was given.  Suggested review of vendor accounts, was ignored.  Then someone took over this in head office, and did the same thing.  very sad to be let go, was my dream job when I started.

This has been a uniquely engaging and motivating work culture filled with ambitious and skilled professionals. Monaghan mushrooms has a strong employee culture and it really reflects in the day to day at the company, with everyone pushed to succeed to the best of their abilities. You get the sense that the company and the corporate team hold themselves to very high standards, which is always a great quality to have in an employer.

good workplace to work they have lots different department lots of macinry lots of employee you have full benifit if you work full time some department has transpotation service for employees  hardest part of the job sometimes long hours lots fun at christmas times 


A good opportunity to learn and gain experience, you can get a promotion if you put in the effort. The work is tough for the entire management, supervisors, and GL. The company is run by bad people, and that's the problem. It's a typical immigrant company, gain experience and then move on.

Quality Department is good, manager & supervisor are flexible and always thinking about their employees.
No top management commitment towards Quality or Food Safety.

Very friendly environment and diversity, good pay, some of them very arrogant. Supportive staff from quality control department.
Pack house and harvesting managers don’t know the importance of people.

I will not recommend this company to any one .20 hrs long shifts very bad management repetitive work most people got injured here It will give you back pain seven days a week and possibly injure your back for life long

busy working environment. always short of staff. it's a great opportunity for a starter to learn there because they have a lot of work but no enough employee to do it. 


it was nice place to work,I met a lot of good people all different nationality ,I learned how to work like a team,long work's hours
