So where do I begin. I've been here at the dealership for four years now, and I have literally never been so happy to be working for a company. It is hands down the best job I have ever had. Actually, it's more than a job. It's a career. It's a team. It's a family. There is so much room for advancement. I started off on the lot, then I went to parts department, and now I am on the sales floor. They have been more than accommodating to my needs and preferences, and they always go the extra mile to make sure I remain happy here. 

I look forward to walking into the building each and every day. There is nothing but positive energy and attitudes. Everybody who is here WANTS to be here and enjoys what they do. You can just tell. We are treated more than fairly, either by wage or time off or benefits. It's a comfortable, relaxed environment, but we always strive to be the best. And we are not content until we deliver just that.

I have been in the auto industry for 4 years 3 of those at another Chrysler store and this is by far the best dealership to work at or to be a client of in the Moncton area. All of our employees have a great relationship with each other which makes it feel like we are working with family and we treat clients the same. Because of this relaxed, friendly and stress free environment we can focus on giving our clients 100% of our time and making sure they get the best service and deal. After working at this dealer I would not be able to go work at any other dealer. Just as I said before this is the best dealership to work at in Moncton and the surrounding area.

A typical day at Chrysler means everyone is "on the go" but can take a moment to appreciate a good laugh when crossing paths with each other. The team work and collaboration makes for an easy day and allows you to end your shift knowing you're surrounded by supportive colleagues. The management team makes sure your thoughts are heard and provides positive insight on ways to grow/expand your skills!!

Each day brings different challenges and situations.  Can be fast paced one day and relaxed paced the next.  Staff work together well. Great management who are always there to lend a hand.  If you are considering applying for a job here, Just do it...Best Automobile Dealership that I have worked for and I've been in the business for over 30 years.  Love it.

Great team! Professional staff and enjoy every minute of my day. Management is very approachable and have an open door policy. They treat everyone with respect and are considerate of personal issues and are always willing to listen and offer assistance or advice😀

I thoroughly enjoy my job (service advisor) I have been with the company a short period of time, but I feel at home whenever I enter the building. Everyone is friendly and always willing to assist whenever they can.

We are more friends then co-workers, we all get along and overcome issues in a professional matter. The work/fun balance is amazing and most of us hangout after work hours. Some of my best friends are also current work colleagues. 

I couldn't be happier with my work here. The senior managers are fantastic to work with and all the staff gets along well and are always pushing in the same direction. 
The pay structure is at the absolute pinnacle for the industry.


Everyday is a new day with new experiences and new customer, Work pace is steady and busy. Im never worried about job security because of our loyal customer

started in 1999 and have seen many changes over the years all of them positive sales have quadrupled and a very dynamic company to work for and in many ways like a close knit family and financially very well rewarded
