•	Manage all Motorcycle, ATV, Motocross and Snowmobile Trade Shows (12 shows/ year)
-	Preparation of all paperwork and logistics for trade shows 
-	Research and selection of appropriate products specific to each show
-	Prepare show schedule for staff members attending
-	Set-up, tear down and organization of product at the shows
-	Generate post-show reports for executives and top management
•	Develop and Manage Yearly Motovan Expo in Las Vegas
-	Create package/invitation for suppliers to exhibit at Motovan Expo
-	Prepare Floor plan and Show Schedule for 100 exhibitors
-	Prepare and send out invitations to 150-200 Motovan dealerships
-	Book flights and hotel accommodations for all exhibitors and attendees (500 people)
-	Prepare badges, show schedule, information packages and show promotions for 200-300
attendees (dealership staff)
-	Manage show schedule and venue with Hotel/Convention Centre
-	Develop lunch schedule and banquet with Hotel/Catering
-	Manage and coordinate floor plan and layout with convention services
-	Prepare staff schedule for Expo
-	Generate post-show reports with exhibitors and attendees
•	Responsible for Marketing team and day-day activities for the Marketing Coordinators
•	Research and develop Marketing Strategies for Canada and USA
•	Development of website content www.motovan.com
•	Create and execute social media strategies for all social media sites
•	Prepare and monitor the annual Marketing Budget
•	Develop and maintain dealership and supplier relationships
•	Prepare monthly and weekly promotion programs for dealerships
•	Prepare advertisement with dealership and suppliers; negotiate pricing with magazines, website, etc.
•	Accountable for all promotional items
•	Develop E-Commerce/E-Business Strategies for USA and Canadian Dealerships

Great atmosphere to get into the sports industry always great place to learn and grow purchasing teams is really great. you are well supported by your peers and can always inquire with other team members from the salesforce for assistance and mentorship must have product knowledge, however, and passion for sports motor sports

District Sales Managers have the freedom to set your own route, your own schedule and your own hours. Very flexible management with good feedback and excellent training at the corporate sales meetings. Clients enjoy Motovan and their small company approach from a large corporation.

Motovan was a very interesting place to work for. Receiving items there was fun. Getting to see new product and potentially buying them was nice. Everyone that worked there were nice and hard workers. It made you want to work harder.

One of the best jobs I've ever had, some of the best people I've ever worked with. Feels like a family atmosphere, and they are very successful, despite recent complications.

The people are the only problem the atmosphere is like that of a junior high. Beyond that it is actuall a good place to work. The wagesd  could be a bit more competative

Working in shipping and receiving, I was able to seamlessly run the parts department, exceeding the managements expectations.  They moved to Quebec or I'd still work there!
