Not very good company at all. They don't want to pay at all and they want you to produce 1000% results. First payment they made to me was after 2 months of work and only paid when I threatened to leave the job.
People applying there should make sure they have a signed contract when the job is offered to them and make sure you get your paystubs every time they pay you. Mr. Appliance will not respect their verbal commitments. 
I'll recommend customers to check their invoices for overcharging.

Not only is this a terrible place to work but they also lie on warranty forms so they can still get money even though it's way passed the date it was supposed to be fixed. They dont train you properly and then get mad at you for not knowing how to do the job and threaten your job for it. And to top it all off you also dont get any breaks even though there is a call center location that answers every call you are unable to get. There are many bad reasons why this place is always hiring.

Poor training, no one else helps each other, $18 for answering every phone call plus book appointments, then they give you cheat sheet for what' area is who's but they changed them and not tell anyone, there other people in the office who have been there longer but they dump all thier tasks on the new person to do then just sit and talk all day while you work 

They were very open about performance improvement and also more importantly concerns about the safety of workers when your at your job location, safely driving as well, They also mentioning about the compensation improvement after quarter of a year which is pretty motivating to employee to strive better quality of work.

The boss of Mr appliance accepted me with open arms,I came in as a rookie for the job. I didn't know anything at first but after a month I've learned a lot. I would like to pursue a career in the same technical field as them so that in the very near future I can apply to be a certified and licensed H-vac Technician.

Great people and great place to work!! Owner is fantastic and rewards good work done. This is an apprenticeship job that can be your new career! Good mix of driving and repairing. Perfect for people that love to pull stuff apart and repair!

My boss was nice, I learned a lot of skills within certain appliances. the technicians welcomed me with a sincere heart, and they taught me a lot of life-lessons about the trade.

Was a satisfying job. The ability to work from a remote office was good but the isolation is something you need to be able to handle. Not everyone is suited to work with no face to face contact.
