Fast paced environment, demanding and important clients to attend. I have learned a lot about coordinate specifics projects according to clients expectations. Participate in a lot of quoting and set a lot of procedures to reduce costs and improve service.
I reported directly to the Executive V.P. and I enjoyed to have the opportunity to knock on his door and discussed ideas with him.
The most challenge part of my job was manage staff of 32 employees on different position. I feel totally satisfied to see how my team reach the company expectations and improve the service level.

Working for Muirs was a learning expeirence. Taught how to work with people not independitly. Between both facilities, co-ordinating loads between the 2 warehouses was priority. Very demanding at times. during the Xmas rush. Most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people that I had to deal with.

Typical day at work.  Did my reports, entered my invoices.  checked statements.  Took phone call from vendors. 
My co-workers very personable and nice.  Good relationship with them.  Overall, enjoyable days at work.

Was a good company to work for, but got laid off in January.

Other truck drivers where very nice
The hardest part of job was sometimes short hours
The most enjoyable was being driving

This was the best transport company in the world.
I have a tear in my eye only when I remember my time there.
Best equipment in the business and a human centric company…
