What is the best part of working at the company?
a lot of benefits including , paid vacation ,life and health insurance, boot allowance, and contribution towards your rrsp.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
every department is devided in to teams of three people , in which one is team leader and two people help the team leader. and most of the time team leader does all the technical work, leaving the helpers totally clueless about what is happening , so helpers serve mostly as manual labour rather than actually learning important for the trade and are working completely on the instructions of a team leader who himself has same work experience as you , but only joined the company like a month before you. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
you get to work in partly in airconditioned rooms and partly in a very hot enviornment wearing ppe. and in terms of culture every one works in team of 3 people and team leaders are considers seniors and team members (other 2 people) as juniors and has to obey the team leader .so culture includes senior-junior in the team of 3 people and team leader is not obliged to work for fellow team mates, only team mates have to work for team leader.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
reach at the shop every morning , see the charts for who is assigned in which team. and  start working till the end of your 8 hour shift (cutting ,grinding and assembling carbon fiber)

Started with high hopes, great pay, benefits, room for advancement and training.
Higher management was great to talk to when interviewed. Working on the floor is different. All they want is numbers on paper... You want me to make 900 parts in my shift? Make the robot stop faulting every 10 mins. Either their knowledge of mechanical and computer engineering is flawed, or they just want to put the blame on us.. I could easily show them the problems but that's above my pay grade. I just sit back and laugh. 
You want this many, that many of these parts? Same situation. 
Understanding language is ridiculous with Lead Hands and most workers. I want quality over quantity, they want the opposite. It's literally an Asian invasion. 
Most guys don't care and just throw around parts to make those "numbers."
Loud factory, all you see is your lead motioning with their hands when they're around your station signalling "go go go" ... When my machine is down, or I want to stop and hear what they're saying to my partner? They won't let you stop. I'd like to see them trade places for a day.
Unfair breaks (one 10, one 20, no time at all to relax)
Most workers are fun to joke around with but that's the only relief.
Frowned upon if you refuse over time.

Basically I was working their for 2 years straight without a single problem. On Friday October 31st, 2014 at the end of my shift, I a long with 10-20 other employees were laid off without any warning or compensation! THATS 1/5 MONTHS TILL CHRISTMAS! and they decided to lay people off! We did not receive any apology letter or even an invite to the annual Christmas party! It was basically like they cut me off and wanted nothing to do with me! I was an amazing employee. Never late, not 1 single quality concern in 2 years!, and I had an amazing attitude! This company is absolutely ridiculous. It will take a normal machine operator aprox 3 years to even be considered to get hired for full time position! What is this Google? or a Microsoft company? Its a low budget factory that basically uses people for a short time period so they don't have to pay full time hours. They want cheap labor only! Absolutely disgusted at the way they handle things there! DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRESIOUS TIME AT THIS SLAVE FACTORY!

Working in the quality department, everyday is a new day.  When reviewing quality or part specific information with personnel on the shop floor, the Operators are genuinely interested and ask questions.  Yes they push the numbers, but what manufacturing plant doesn't?!  When they do push they NEVER compromise employee safety, and expect a quality part as well.  Office and shopfloor employees are courteous and helpful wherever possible.  If you are looking for stability, this company continues to work hard for it's future, which is proven with customer contracts past 2030!  Wages are in line with industry average, as well.

Typical line work with line work hours. Sometimes overtime if you're willing and able to keep yourself busy. You get to be part of something bigger, but you get lost within. I worked hard and was compensated fairly,  but I was still looking to grow. Wanted to do so within the organization and exhausted every avenue to do so before realizing I would never be moved up unless I got an engineering degree. 

Great coworkers and culture. Pay and benefits are fair.  It was the right place for that time in my life but I had to move on. They're very much what you can  bring to the table, so your mileage may vary.

I've been working here for some time now, and overall, it's not a bad place to work if you're looking for something to pay the bills. However, I've found that there isn't much room for growth within the company.

If you're not Asian, you might find it a bit more challenging to fit in here. That said, with the right attitude and approach, it's still possible to thrive.

It's important to recognize that the company isn't necessarily a place to make lasting friendships; it's more about getting the job done, earning your paycheck, and heading home.

while there are limitations in terms of growth and cultural dynamics, if you're focused on your work and maintaining a positive attitude, the company can still provide a decent opportunity to earn a living.

This place will treat you like you are a slave. They tell you they care but they don’t you only get a ten minute break then 20 minute lunch. The night supervisor does not believe in giving a popsicle break when it’s 30 feeling 40 something. The afternoon supervisor will talk down to you like your scum. The day supervisor is nice but still will bug you to work over time even if you have something to do with family. If you do get a popsicle break you get told to be done with in five min if not the lead hands start attacking telling you to hurry up.

Dynamic suspensions has a very fast paced enviroment and at times can be stressful. The management team usually tries to relieve such stresses with Bi yearly meals and gifts with the company logo.

The benefits package while working there is very affordable for the coverage you get. There is no RRSP package, nor is there paid sick days.

Overtime is always available and turning down overtime can be detrimental to your desired jobs within the plant

Safety and quality are always a priority. Competitive wages, cost of living increase annually, weld premium. Supportive supervisors and a management team that is accessible. The General Manager talks to us about future business and our job security. Always trying to make a better experience for all employees. Good HR team to help out with our questions and concerns. Giveaways throughout each year for recognition. Handled the pandemic really well. Overall a safe and friendly work environment. 

Working at Warehouse one was very enjoyable, the manager there made it easy to come to work and enjoy it. She brought life and happiness to the store. There was never one complaint working with her. 

On a typical day you come in you check the log for the tasks that need to be completed for the day. We would get stock everyday that would get put away either that day or the next, depending on shipment size. Keeping the store clean and tidy was a big part of our daily tasks. 
Customers were always our number one focus, and we would always attend to them first.
