The company has a culture of promoting from within.  If you excel in your work and put the effort in, the rewards have no limit.  Management and ownership is engaged and loyal to a fault.  Lots of on-the-job training and development.  For those with the right attitude there is no better introduction to the car industry than the Murray group and Murray Chevrolet Cadillac Lethbridge.  If you're lazy, don't take accountability for yourself or your efforts and are looking to coast through life doing as little as possible then it's probably not the ideal home for you.

Had no sales experience.  Walked in with no resume. Got an interview within a few hours . Got offered the job on the spot .Seems I had what it took , top salesman 3 years in a row . My one and only complaint was constantly feeling underneath everybody. I have no problem getting managed by management,  however , I felt that my efforts and complaints fell on deaf ears.
The company line is that every one is equal.  I disagree. The constant pressure to perform was mentally exhausting. Even when I did it wasn't enough. 

Hands Down!!! My Favorite Employer.  Family Oriented, Professional, Kind, Well-Mannered, Professional, Consistent, Heart-Warming.  The owner and his family have created the ultimate of employment structure.  They know you and yours, their names and what you/they're involved in; they have bbq's, and family gatherings, social events, sponsorships, benefits with additional perks.  All the staff work as a Team.  And Because the Owner Cares about his Team, it's more like a Family.

Some days are busy, while others are much slower.
Work can sometime be tedious, yet there are usually fun tasks for those that appreciate new vehicles. Working both inside and outside year round is a refreshing change from staying indoors. The management was always happy and fun, and put on fun staff events during and outside of work.

typical day at work was quick paced and enjoyable with a well educated staff and coworkers that were always happy to help one another achieve better work ethics and productivity.

 i would say the hardest part of the job was going home.

Management was poor and had favorite staff. No support or direction available. Customers were great, some staff was team oriented. Management was not team oriented. Departments in the dealership were constantly in conflict.

Great place to work, co workers and management were great. pay was good if you could get enough hours. parts department was great. all new inground hoists installed in 2016.

Usually very busy there, as job requires time management skills to be as productive as possible. It is advantageous to be able to lift 125 pounds minimum during daily activities.

I owe most of my experience in the Automotive industry to the Murray Auto Group. They exceed their expectations everyday you are a part of the team. Family owned and operated, I owe them a huge great deal of gratitude.

it is one of the worst places to work they dont make the employees feel welcom. they made me feel like i was the worst employee in the world i did every thing that i was asked and it still wasent enough.
