Many projects were complete clown shows, being both managed and executed by incompetents. I would prepare mentally for what I would be doing that morning, then show up and be re-assigned onto another task or hearing the guy doing the wiring for a given project got canned. I never had a clue what I would be doing the next day or who would be working with me to do it. 

Plenty of turnover, with people getting fired or quitting all the time. Most of the people, including most supervisors, were great and friendly. But some of the higher ups are ideas guy who love selling things they absolutely have no idea how to build or how many hours it would take. It's like working at a startup that is trying to do everything at once, while being paid dirt with dead-end career prospects, no senior mentorship (they are always busy somewhere else) and no equity stake because it's a family business.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part was probably when management switched (right before I left)

Easy people to get along with, a wealth of knowledge. Overall fulfilling days. Easy to communicate problems with people and work out beneficial solutions.
