I'm going to be as honest as humanly possible... I've been employed at Mylen for approximately a span of over 2 years & left recently. I've personally never had many issues with The Owner, Management, Supervisors, or even Team Leads. That wasn't the issue at all in my circumstance. The problem is that the place is completely run as a circus with clowns at the top. Very disorganized & not professional. After the recent layoffs, it took a huge nose dive from the 12-hour continental shifts back to the usual 8-hour days. It was literally a complete skeleton crew in there I swear. The productivity was about the same afterward in my opinion with fewer people & they expected us to do more work in a day with fewer hours & overall pay. It was complete & utter nonsense if you ask me. This is why the turnover rate is so high there. The owners just have dollar signs in their eyes rather than taking care of the employee's needs. This is the big problem there. I won't be returning ever. I found a better job that suits me better anyway. In my opinion, I'd stay away from this place, honestly. The money isn't even worth your time with the kind of labor they make you do in there. I'm not afraid of working hard, no, not at all... It's the fact that you have to do about 2-3 other people's jobs in there! There's so, much more, but I only have a limited amount of room to type.

I recently left Mylen to start a apprenticeship. I worked there for a little over two years the owner manager and supervisor are such great people who genuinely care about everyone who works there. There is lots of room for growth there if you put in the effort I was promoted twice in the first year, and my wage went up a significant amount in that time! I really enjoyed my time there it is a great work environment! 

I have developed some skills here at Mylen. Despite of the lack of guidance from the superiors, self-learning is welcomed here. Plus, my co-workers already did a good job with cooperation. It was unfortunate that almost none of my superiors guided me ever since. I guess it's all for the best, not being spoon-fed by those who are higher than you.

Positive environment with easy tasks. Management truly cares about employees. Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoy my time here. My coworkers are great, leadership is approachable and there’s a strong focus on the people.  It’s a fast-paced environment but the people make it enjoyable. I feel valued and appreciated every day.

My time at Mylen gave me something that I have cherished for a long time, and it did wonders when I worked for my cousins. They loved my idea of adapting the environment that I used to have with Mylen and we still continued on to that. 

I really enjoyed the work. however the communication from management was minimal and often incomplete or inaccurate.
the company is very profitable however there is a reluctance to share that success in wages hence the very high turnover in staff

Mylen gave me a lot of good opportunities to have some hands-on work, so I can hone my skills to create a good quality product with my own hands. The downside of this is that it had no more room for improvement or upgrade, the lack of support ain't helping either.

Mylen is indeed a great place to start your career in assembly. Since assembling furniture is no easy task, you can start here, and advisors here are great with giving input. Aside from that, their workplace is good enough to make you feel a bit like home.

Don't consider working here. They don't give you a chance to learn and they say one thing to you and then within 5 minutes they will turn around and fire you. And God forbid if you open your mouth about anything. If you are an opinionated person do not work here
