Took many courses while at NCS which was a great benefit to overall development in my position. 
My day was always busy, which I enjoy being busy, and always had different tasks to solve.

NCS Multistage is a great place to work! The executives abide by the Promise that they have set out, and the culture truly is challenging, rewarding, and fun. 

i don't think that upper management totally under stood the work that we did.management figured that any person was able to handle the job requirements with minimal to no training.

Like most places a person works it was the people that made NCS Multistage one of the greatest places to work. The ranks of the people are filled with some of the most intelligent people I have had the pleasure of getting to know.

Fantastic company to work for.   It is a challenging and energized work environment with lots of support from management. There is room to grow, with training, if the desire is there.

The training period was used non-constructively as expectations and goals were not set forth or made clear. Trainers all made it clear they did not enjoy training and the attitude was somewhat superior.

This was one of the best places/jobs I have worked. They care about their employees and are a very driven company. Management team has many years of experience which helps make for a successful company

Nothing but awesome things to say about management, leadership or the company! Open and approachable from h.r to field techs to regional director. 

Once oil picks up will be seeking a return!
