NEXT SUPPLY

I found that this company did not use all the accounting procedures that are required to handle accounts receivable correctly.
They owner was friendly and new everyone by name which I thought was great. A number of upper employee's worked at a different company before Next Supply was created and brought all the procedures with them that did not always work well.

I love working at next. It is a great environment to work in with friendly coworkers. By far the best workplace I have been in. There is free BBQs for the staff and public on Thursdays in the summer and the main branch has a full size basketball court and workout gym to use. The management is very clean and dedicated to safety and innovation

The management working in fleet department are the worst onesKevin and  garry(they are still working in 2024)  are the worst people you will find out ! They are always looking to fire people with no reason or if you are asking valid questions they don't like it ! 


Best company I ever worked for since moving here from Saskatchewan. Your load was always ready for you to secure in the morning. I would've still been there if I didn't meet someone from Windsor.

I enjoy working at Next but I have moved further away from my job location. It is a distance to drive daily. A great group of guys to work with, will miss the team work,

bad management unqualified. No raises bad hours. New employees treated badly. Good if you want a job with no growth and low wages.....................

Good experience at the time. Great co-workers. Customers are great and very easy to work with. Office guys are okay just keep it professional and you’ll be fine. The upper management/owner is fantastic… overall good place to work

I start at 6 in the morning. I don't really take lunch I would prefer to accomplish as much as I can in a day. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I would just like something more permanent.

I come in for 12 noon. Then I start to pick orders and do put away on items that have been recieved. After do whatever is asked of me to. We never finish at a certain time always hours after which is tough.

Fair place to work. 
Understandable management.
Fair balance work and family.
Has been working for other similar business companies, Next is one of the most decent place to work.
