Very engaging and friendly everyone knows your name which makes you feel a sense of belonging.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Calling and knowing that you are talking to someone that is willing to find you work no matter how difficult it seems.

I couldn't wait to get out of the office.  The job description and the job being trained on, completely different.  The A/R position had nothing to do with A/R - was imputtomg PSW amd RMs schedules and was being told to take my time to correctly input information into system, but then an hour later, they were telling me to hurry up!!  Of course I hurried up and made mistakes.  WT.....  anyways I am glad that I am out of there,  the management watch you like a HAWK.  I was on my way to the washroom and I was asked by one of the managers where I was going.

Glad that I am not there anymore!!

Since I started this company I can say that they are giving enough shift .
The shift they are giving is in the hospital, community and nursing home.
Only the problem is the cancellation of shift sometimes you're there in the place and then they suddenly call that it was cancelled.In this case it will destroy your day.
But when it comes to the staff of NHI they ate ate all hood.

This company always has provided jobs for dental assistants.

I don’t see working with this company stressful at all.

I Recobe shifts for work from this company

I enjoyed working as a personal support worker and looking after patients who are recovering from surgery or an other illness and also looked after an elderly gentleman in a retirement home for 11 months which was a great experience. I really enjoyed helping people within the role of a personal support worker.

I started working at NHI because I wanted to gain as much experience in nursing as possible. After 2 years of working, I gained enough experience which assisted me very well through nursing school. However, the work schedule is very irregular and many shifts are frequently cancelled at the last minute.

It is a great place to work if you want a casual par time job.
You can earn enough money for expenses as student .
I earn a lot of experience, and the coordination is great.
The hard part of the job is on Sundays went TTC subways is no available.

Since we got a very good increase in pay it is much better now.  There is always lots of work and I have choices  of where i want to work.  Very good management.

Very Toxic work environment ... no consistency in direction for instructions ... management talk badly behind employee's backs ... poor pay for what is expected job wise . staff turnover is high in the office
