My typical day was knowing exactly what needed to be done, I was very organized to ensure that each day was productive, tasks were scheduled and completed. We all worked as a team and were able to successfully accomplish tasks as a department.

Management was always available with important/pressing issues. Provided guidance when required, but were also confident in allowing employees to make decisions as required.

I have devoted 5 years of my life to work for Noble at Vaughan br During all this time I performed my duties flawlessly, accuratly and carefully. 
But, one day, they kicked me out like a used condom for just a mere trifle - because of a caricature I drew just to joke on one of my collegues. All my 5 years contribution to this company was scretched out and forgotten right away.
Noble's head office treat people as if people for them are just slaves and speechless animals. They need only passive slaves instead of good workers.
Avoid this company and never have deal with it!

I have worked for Nobel Trade for 17 years, and during this time I have seen it grow from a smaller company to a Canada wide success.  I have opened a new branch in Barrie, worked at Head Office, and at the Newmarket Branch.  During this time I have been given different opportunities and responsibilities that I have successfully completed and have been well looked after in salary and Bonuses and in the extras that Nobel provided such as golf tournaments and excellent Christmas parties,

The manager was out of the office half the time. He allowed some of my associates to be rude to customers with no consequences. No recognition for having much higher sales than other associates who would pretend to be busy rather than answer the phone to take orders. Myself and one other associate fielded the vast majority of calls, even while helping in person customers. Not a positive sales enviroment.

Management do not have parth of communication. It has bad work culture and no opportunity for growth. You have to be determined to seek personal growth outside of the company.

You easily get bored with work as most of what you do is repetitive. 

Wish I never wasted a year of my life there!  Wish I had not left my previous employment to go work there.  The manager of the department lied about there being commission and was eventually let go.  However that did nothing for me that left a good job for what was supposed to be a better opportunity but was not!

The people I work with are excellent
Running my truck through downtown Vancouver doing deliveries and pick ups.
Management is very disorganized and quick to pass blame to others that are below them. They have lost a few good workers for this reason.

almost everyone working is new and office politics is pushed to losing your job.

No soap or toilet paper and paper towel never.

Simply a dirty place...

Although I send them business because they have a lot of inventory, Noble Trade opened their doors through a great company called Best Mar. 

If you were not afraid to work Best Mar wasn't afraid to recognize your efforts

people were friendly every body help each other when we were loading truck or unloading , never rush or yelling nice environment for employee , the bosses where nice and always asking about inquieres
