Leadership Concerns
While the organization's mission is admirable, there appear to be significant gaps between stated values and operational practices. Executive compensation seems disproportionate compared to staff salaries, which fall below market rates for comparable positions. C-Suite salaries remain in the top 1%, while pushing for lay-offs and forced restructuring without compensation increases to lower staff who are taking on much greater workloads.

Management Practices
The organization would benefit from more transparent communication regarding role changes and compensation adjustments. Currently, employees often face unilateral contract modifications without adequate discussion or appropriate compensation adjustments.

Resource Allocation
Resource management could be improved, as redundancies and operational inefficiencies persist throughout the organization. Employee feedback mechanisms require strengthening, as constructive suggestions from staff frequently go unaddressed, and attempts to implement positive changes are sometimes discouraged.

Program Implementation
There are concerning trends in how program participants are guided through career pathways. The organization should review its placement practices to ensure participants are being directed toward genuinely beneficial opportunities that align with their career goals.

Conclusion
Despite my appreciation for the organization's mission, I cannot recommend employment here until significant improvements are made to internal management practices and participant services. The disconnect between the organization's stated purpose and its operational reality is too substantial to overlook, with a continued trend going in the wrong direction. Staff morale is the lowest I've seen it at any organization.

High levels of harassment of females by both male & female participants & staff.
Biased management & chances of receiving work rigged to support favorites.
Preferential treatment of flatterers, liars, sob-storytellers & thieves.
Staff encourages misogynistic & I N C E L behaviors.
Stalking by former participants & false friends.
Privacy & personal space NOT respected.
Personal items stolen & flaunted.
High stress, nasty environment.
No space to think or breathe.
Untrustworthy people.
No job guarantee.

The Organization currently offers remote work, which is great. If you love people you will love working here. Even though there is always some form of break in communication between the staff and management, and some processes are downright frustrating, management is very receptive to feedback, asks for input from staff and as a whole consistently works towards improvement. 

I truly hope this job is a long time position. I am happy and remote work truly amazing ! They truly care about service under represented. They care about pronouns, the LGBTQp+, and mental health is truly respectful. 

Friendly workplace, diversity and multi-cultural, low pay, you will get promoted if you have good relations with management, otherwise, you are not noticed

Finding a meaningful job to help others, especially training jobless youth in Canada. Also, good work-life balance. Totally remote and work from home. No on-site work so far since COVID-19. Hopefully, remain that way. Otherwise, may consider looking for another job. 

You feel good working here. Unfortunately management is always reshuffling ideas and trying to justify their jobs. Which severely impact the performance of those under them. 

I've developed myself to be professional and technical proficient in overall time in NPower! Everyday in NPower is an opportunity of growth because of the knowledge we gain and with these knowledge can be applied to everyday personal life and professional work life.

Good place to work as it offers mostly remote.  Must work 2 days per month in office. Leadership seems lost and floundering most of time, seems like they prefer to tell people how to do their jobs rather than fix real issues with the org and outdated business model.  

this place located in Markham and It is a four hour class. I learned a lot with NPower. They do not just teach technical material, they teach us about Professional Development and Expand folder.Personal Development.
