Give your staff (who are extremely knowledgeable) the authority they need to make the decisions to get the job done and stop having your staff jump through hoops in order to get a simple task accomplished. It results in better all around customer service and the staff would feel much more a part of the organization.

Everyday at NRT is a different and you are challenged to think outside the box to get the work done.  The goal is customer service because without customers we have no jobs.  

Management is hands on and helps when required.

Workplace culture is a times challenging but what place you work isn't.

The hardest part of the job is the freedom you are given to complete assignments.

The most enjoyable part of my job is helping customers solve problems.

I had one of the best bosses to work for while working for NRT. The pay on the other hand was absolutely horrible. But I was young and was just looking for a job.

There is constant travel and they are very up front about it when they interview you.

But the amount of work you perform in comparison to the pay compensation is crazy. There would be weeks where I'd work 60+ hours and got payed under 40,000 a year.

Word day begins with creating an adjustment report and processing the adjustments for disputed or questionable transactions. Then a software is used to send debits and credits to the bank with card information from these transactions. I learned of how an ATM distribution company gains profit and how they run their business.

My experience as a new hire here has been amazing, Management has an open door policy and are always willing to be there for support. People are very friendly and welcoming, in addition, salary is at market value

Working far from this company.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Some colleagues, No support from company when needed. Too much politics and games

There are a lot of opportunities for advancement as long as you work hard.

Ever since I joined I have seen the company kept growing its size. People are nice to each other and there are company events (e.g. BBQ) in the summer.

Salary is market rate but benefits can be better.

Overall, a fairly good company to work for.  Wonderful people but management needed to improve their people skills.

Hours were good;
Vacation time was decent.
IT staff were very helpful with resolving issues at the helpdesk.

Work at the office is good positive vibes. The employees are friendly and everyone works hard to complete their tasks and set their goals. There are opportunities for growth and development. Management is supportive.
