Overall an amazing i acquired. In the industrial market I can stand with several skills and abilities and confident as my base is strong enough.

They hired 3 of us in 3 months and stuck us all on the night shift together with next to no supervision and wondered why things weren’t going smoothly.  The dayshift supervisor spends his days under the managers desk or cleaning the owners car. No one puts tools away and the bosses buy mastercraft quality tools and wonder why they break. They will force you to do online training on your own time with the promise of being paid and you will never get paid for it. The money is good but management, training, organization, are all the absolute worst I’ve dealt with. 

Greasy owner and every time any custom work comes up good luck getting a blueprint and the design changes without anyone's knowledge then it's your fault for it being messed up last but not least there is no team work there between the day shift and night the day guys will hide all the proper tools you need and give the night crew garbage to work with to make themselves look better 

I was working almost 2 yrs now and learn a lot of things regarding our jobs and I feel happy every time I’m working thru the good management of our manager and the everytime helping each other to finish our tasks 
For me it his work place not organize but of course us worker need to know your responsibilities as worker you need what is the safest and fastest way more productive as I said 

8 hour days Monday to Friday welding/fitting. I have learned a lot of welding procedures i didn't know in the passed. Our manager is very supportive at work and supporting us through our own personal issues. I would say the hardest part of our job is adapting to all the new changes based on company growth.

The management was not helpful with tasks. Never know what jobs to do next. Supervisor would go home and micro manage you from home by watching you through the camera. The employees only care about them self won't help new ppl or alow you to be part of a team. One employee like to blame his mistakes on others . 

Despite what you may read this is actually a good place to work, staff are helpful and knowledgeable and the tasks are relatively staright forward, the pay is decent and getting to go home every night is a plus, plus theres always overtime. Great place all around. 

I like the company and work load. Great place to work and learn more in the trade. The people are great, and the business it's quite structured. there is always overtime to have. One of most elite ramp companies in the North American.  

Knowledgeable staff, supportive managers and owners for loyal employees. 
It's small business but expanding rapidly so excellent workplace for anyone who has learning attitude with  good work ethics. 

 Management is always willing to help you out whether it is a personal or professional matter. The pay is good and all employees are friendly and helpful. Overall I am happy with my employment at Nation Ramps
