Excellent company, most amazing service provided for disabled individuals to apply for the Disability Tax Credit.  I was never aware that such a service existed before I was employed.  It opened my eyes about the day to day challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.  This is an amazing place to work.  There is no hardest part to this job.  The most enjoyable thing about working here is a fulfilling  feeling knowing the service I am providing will make someone else's day brighter .  The new COO is amazing and listens to ideas of the employees to implement better and new changes.  As with any company when new change is being put in place it may not be welcome by all, however changes is necessary for future & positive growth.

This company is moving in the right direction and requires great teamwork as we go forward in making The National Benefit continue to be a leader in this industry!!

A job with certain social mission to help those with disabilities to get what they are entitled to. The hardest part of the job was talking to people over phone while they were suffering severe pain. Also, it made feel you uncomfortable knowing that you were not able to help in some circumstances. However, it was extremely enjoyable to see how you in your place gave hope to those without it. 

All in all, this experience proved definitely positive both in terms what you do and where you do it.

Clients were charismatic and kept the work day interesting. The most enjoyable time at work was being in or  making contact with clients whether it was in person or on the telephone across Canada most clients were very interesting and friendly and a lot of knowledge was learnt about the history and location of Provinces and Territories. My Co Workers were polite and professional which made the work day enjoyable and the hardest part of the job was inconsistencies  regarding management since the staff kept changing a a rapid rate.

THE worst place I've worked at. No HR staff; they made up who could be HR (no one had any HR background). No compassion for their employees. They (upper management)makeup policies on the spot to suit their interests. The hardest part about this job was putting up with the management. A lot of fake smiles that will get your face sore. Save yourself and do not go near this company.

My responsibility as CSR really meant something for the company.
This gave me a better appreciation and a sense of pride to know that the company is directly tied in with the success of its CSR workers.

No Review. I will not say anything about this company. It is up to the person looking for employment to look hard at the industry to decide if the company would be the right choice.

This would be considered a transition job from College/University. Why not pay off your bills until you actually get into your career? Management is not the best, but if you can fake it until you make it, this will be for you.

worst place ever, micromanaged, management does not care about their employees. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.  It is such a toxic environment. Where your worked like a slave and paid like a slaved.
