The management is deplorable. HR thinks it's OK for payroll not to respond to emails so employees miss out on extra perks. You will bring up your concerns to management and then be told you are the problem. Or there's nothing they can do. Or that you're not professional because you brought up an issue you had. When asked how you should bring it up so that they consider it in a professional manner and the response is "I don't know." You'll never get a raise. They will try and go against the contract you sign. DO NOT WORK HERE! 

In the beginning, it wasn’t hard to prove my self worth there. It wasn’t a structured pay rate and the harder you worked, the more your wage could go up. 
The benefits were great too!
After a year or so, I was a top earner and lead hand.
Long hours if you wanted to be there.
It was fun for some and not so for others. Attitudes mean everything sometime.

Excellent training, wonderful people and a very laid back atmosphere all while getting the job done. My role as a temporary customer service rep was a memorable experience. I wish I could go back and work there. I booked appointments with customers for drop off of their supplies. Loved management, co-workers and even the customers!

Worked in this company for a couple of years under the supervision of 2 managers, this must be the worse place I ever worked, terrible management,  constant arasement, and zero interest for safety of their own employees. Both managers make the company a terrible environment to work, and I strongly think they don't have the right education and values to qualify as a leader of a company. 

This was my first ever OS&D position and it was a great experience for me. I learned the basics of shipment discrepancies at this company that helped me excel in my future positions.
My co-workers were great and my superiors were great.
The company had down-sized and I was permanently laid off...however I would go back to this company in a heartbeat.

Great work environment with quality employees. Very well managed at the local level, possibly not so well at the corporate level. Very unfortunate that the company is closing it's doors in Winnipeg.

I worked there as a billing associate at first, then I was taught to do Manifesting as well as cubing.  I found I learned to do alot of different things.  I would have stayed working there as far as I'm concerned if it wasn't for the temporary layoff (13 wks), then permanent layoff.

I need to grow and there is not that possibility anymore although we work well with each other
I do a variety of jobs designated by my Supervisor and I enjoy very much or some times a do only one and work independently

It was a great place to work but was absorbed by a parent company eliminating 11 positions
A typical work day was 10 to12 hours dispatching, taking calls from customers and solving any issues related to pick up or delivery of the days freight.

Management does not follow company policy with regards to harassments and bullying.  Management does not treat employees equally - what is fair for one is not fair for another.
Safety is not a high priority in the warehouse.
