This company demonstrates a lack of respect and care for its employees. Staff are often used, overworked, and ultimately let go. Most employees (except for French bilingual staff) are kept on contracts renewed every 3 to 6 months, often continuing in this temporary arrangement for years—with some on contract for over three years—with no prospect of permanent status or benefits. Even those with permanent status have no job security, as terminations can occur at any time, often subject to personal biases from HR. Favoritism is prevalent; select employees are exempt from late and weekend shifts, leaving the remaining team to consistently cover these hours until they’re burned out. You will be expected to complete your duties and take extra work not in your job description "Team work" which also leads to employee burned out. 

You start your day with a small meeting, hello's to everybody. You get yourself set up on which province or filter you will work on. You get 2 15min breaks and 1 30min lunch. Backend hardly ever really listens to operations.. but the people who are together stick together strong :) 

The owner of this company is a very benevolent man who always provides whatever is necessary to his staff.  Management could have used some improvement but it was enjoyable interacting with appraisers and clients.  My co-workers in my team were fabulous to work with. It was like family.

Poor management HR, under staffing and over work, not training materials and lack of communication between management and staff. You will promote if you are a friend of the manager and if you need a promotion the missed out forget about how hard had you worked and been loyalty to the company there is no room for you, international company banking client do not care do not waste your time

It is a good place to work in this company. The benefit is good. The co-workers are friendly. They have annual business party. They use the popular project management system, such as, Agile Scrum project management. The IT department is growing.

The people treated me like an equal and the job work it self was very easy once understood. This job had a cheek sheet to go by so that made things a lot easier and took the presser off me.

Fast paced work environment but friendly and helpful staff made the time there go by fast.           Many different opportunities to advance to higher positions. 

Great environment to learn from,
It provided ample opportunity to get involved with boundless advances in valuations and technology area.

Everyone who works there is nice and there are perks like free lunch sometimes and wine n' cheese but there is no direction and the owner is a bully. Lots of things get started but nothing ever gets finished
