too much changes in the schedule that we don't know what to do for the next day.

The personal is very friendly and helpful.
Key staff is always free to help even under hard circumstances. Learning is a daily thing, a lot of people with expertise that will share their work for learning purposes. The new direction is listening and fixing the latent issues.

As a service laboratory, since some clients have different requirements sometimes there will be change in schedule and adaption is a great quality.

Overwork, underpaid, and disorganized

Everyone complains, priority shift all the time, no stability and total confusion

Fantastic people with great services ! Very good repuation in the Quebec Market place. Strong player in the Analytical testing field from the QC and R&D standpoint.

The owner of the company was super friendly and kind, my supervisor gave me full independence and trusted me to do my job. The coworkers were super nice.

Poor salary & way too much work. The supervisor & the team are very friendly. Flexible hours but the job is not worth the amount of stress and pressure you’ll get. 

Fun work place. Fast environment. Sometimes its chaotic but good learning environment at all. The management always try to put pressure, however, you should be ready
